The only downside was the limited natural daylight in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor flaw, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. extremely well located, the hotel has a smell of old Indian Palace in the center of London. Service, food and atmosphere make you feel in Asia with the luxury and standard of UK today

It was very good. The only thing that let the hotel down was having to wait for a table at breakfast. It would also have been nice to have a cooked English breakfast option. Whilst there was bacon it was dry streaky bacon and not English back bacon. Overall very good but how breakfast is served needs some work.

I stayed 1 night as it was close to work, check in was nice, but the room was cold and even whacking the heating right up didn't help. The make up light in the bathroom kept tilting down as was loose and the towel holder was loose. Nice ecological touches with bamboo tissues; toothbrushes and glass water bottles.
