For for the expectations.
You get what you pay for. You don't pay much, you don't get much. Hallway floors are stained, hotel is not tip top shape. Airport shuttle is hit or miss. But, rooms were clean enough and beds comfortable. Includes an added fee cruise shuttle which is a bonus.

Stay Away! Terrible Room Conditions
We had a horrible experience at this place. Room conditions were extremely poor. I complained to the hotel staff but they wouldn't do anything about it. I also contacted Red Roof office but they weren;t help either.

Functional
Hotel was suffering quite a bit of disrepair. Probably the worst bed I've ever slept in at a hotel, my back is still recovering. Lot's of people smoking tobacco and weed aroud the pool deck. This is a full on airport hotel, directly across the road, so planes taking off every 60 seconds all day, i didn't really hear them much in the room overnight though. Breakfast had no eggs or meat but had fresh waffles, plenty of pastries, cereal, and some fruits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport transfer was prompt and easy.

About what you'd expect. Room was clean but run down. Common areas were a bit messy. Nice enough staff at the check-in. Continental breakfast was an assortment of pre-packaged products, not that appetizing. Small space in the morning for the crowds that were partaking. Price was high for what it was - but this is Miami I guess.

The non existent transfer from the airport!
Waited over an hour for transfer to turn up, then gave up and paid $15 for a taxi! Supposed to be every 30mins, suggested we might call but did not provide telephone number! At check in had to ask time for vacating rooms and not provided with time of breakfast. Just made it at 8.45 a.m. for it to then close at 9.00 a.m.! Room,comfortable and spacious, good hot shower.

Stephanie in reseption was very nice and helpful. Checkin was fast and easy. Parking is easy and safe. Room was decent for the price. Breakfast is almost just a coffee and waffles and muffins. Overall pretty fine
