Great stay, clean, quiet room with amenities like a noise machine and a very quiet quasi-refrigerator, quality water pressure, three speed fan. Check-in desk staff was particularly helpful when I needed them. This is a 4 star hotel for a reason. The location is wonderful for those who want to take public transportation on buses, trains, trollies, cable cars and ferries. All within walking distance. Did I mention there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms with a balcony? Recommended for everyone.

Everything was great. Very clean room,staff was helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived the greeter,the valet guy and the check in person were very courteous and friendly.
