"From the moment we exited our taxi on arrival Marcus at the front desk made us feel welcomed, it was warm outside & he treated us to cool towels & chilled beverages. The staff are friendly & very helpful, navigating the property is quite easy once you follow the signs plus there’s a shuttle service that transports you around. The views from the room & the roof top are absolutely stunning. Papa Dons for dinner is recommended, the breakfast

"Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge."

"We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. "The single room I had was new, modern, and very Clean. I did see a review before booking regarding the water pressure which is nonexistent really and not that you need hot water but there was no hot water in the shower. The virtual concierge was great very attentive and even Left a bottle of champagne as I was visiting for my father’s funeral. A lot of the services that are listed on property unfortunately are not such as laundry facilities which is one of the main reasons I chose this location....

"We moved here for the last 4 days of our time on St Lucia having stayed at a more expensive hotel. We really wished we had spent the whole holiday here. We stayed in a luxury suite with a balcony overlooking the bay which was delightfully. The grounds are so tropical with seating around the gardens. "My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Garden Beach Resort. It has everything you would expect from a large resort, just on a smaller scale. Pool, activities, spa, bars and bistro/cafe and the beach, with water park! "It was our first visit to St. Lucia and Coco Palm was a good place to stay. The pool was great, the best part of the resort is the food. Great selection and we chose to do the all-inclusive package which really allowed us to try multiple meals and options from the menu. "Overnight stay after staying at Sandals for a week. We liked the room overall. Bed was comfortable. We stayed on a saturday night and there is a music venue close by that was rather loud until about 1:30am. it really didnt keep us awake but just be aware. The onsite restaurant was on the expensive side, $50 usd per person for a buffet. Not to mention they have a bug zapper just above the food service area. Breakfast
