"This beautiful boutique hotel is a four star hotel disguised as a two star. If you stay in Bilbao do yourself a favor and stay here . Everything in this hotel is immaculate , the rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom and bed were perfect . You cannot beat the location as it is the heart of Casco Viejo . I walked everywhere ! To the Guggenheim , to the Gran Via and along the beautiful river that flows through town . Moreover the price point is miraculous. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time in Bilbao . I have to specifically thank Roxanne and Sonia for all the the information and support they provided me . They helped me arrange transportation and spent so much time explaining what to see in the city , offering me the best advice that even the guidebooks miss !
