Everything about this hotel was fantastic - exceptional service from all staff (especially the front desk), great location and very clean hotel. Surrounded by significant historical buildings. An enriching experience.
Everything is perfect from the moment you arrive. Location, check-in, cleanliness of the room and such a comfortable nights sleep. In the main Plaza, right beside the main tapas area, but quiet and with a stunning view over the town if you chose a room with a view. 15 minute walk to the Bodegas.

Hotel was part of a bodega in middle of beautiful vineyard. Rooms was excellent with floor to ceiling view (very modern loo, washbasin and shower a bit too way out for us). Staff were excellent as was dinner and breakfast. We bought some Rioja wine to take home as a price one third of UK price.
The apartment was clean and amazingly located within the town centre. There was the option to park right outside the building. The instructions on how to access the keys and the apartment itself were excellent. “Mountain views” meant views to the wall of a massive rock a few meters away.

Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness.
Unfortunately it was fiesta night, music played right outside our window from 8pm until 4am ! I can imagine it could be quieter in low season but still noisy in summer with all the tourists. Very close to all the bars.
