"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel upkeep and cleanliness is outstanding . Beautiful views of the ocean at every turn. I only take one star off for food. Breakfast buffet was the best-although food served cold on many times, speciality restaurants weren’t so good and difficult to obtain a reservation. But overall, I loved my stay.

They invited us to have a mini massage which was nice then we got our hotel key bracelets and had to access to the pools. Our room had a nice view and we were able to pick the style of feather pillows we wanted firm or light. "Pros: Stunning resort. Infinity pools were beautiful and overlooked the ocean. Rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Every room at this resort has an ocean view. You do not get that at other resorts. The food was spectacular! Every restaurant was fine dining. No buffet options for dinner or lunch. Many different restaurants to choose from. Would go back just for the food.

"The food was good but the people working there are amazing. We were able to eat at all the reservation restaurants and they were delicious. I stayed in the mountain area, and it’s not a far walk to the main pool. I did enjoy that the cevicheria was on our side. "

"Where do I start
1) room appeared nice. Beds were comfortable
2) I was told I could not have inflatable tube for my 3&5 year old but all the local Mexicans could. Caucasian or Canadians weren’t allowed I guess
3) next day I was also told my 3&5 year old were not allowed to jump in the pool but again everyone else was allowed.
4) food was as limited but good.
5) drinks were good and servers around the pool were great
6) French resto was only one I tried and was great.
7) we had heavy rain...
