"When we arrived the beach chairs and umbrellas were not there. The ironing board was broken, so was the iron and the hair dryer. The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. When we arrived back to our condo, not only were we reimbursed, but brand new beach chairs, umbrellas, ironing board, iron and hair dryer was purchased and sent to our condo. Thank you Ortega. The place was clean, the A/C worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. The area is safe and within 15 to 20 minutes drive from many popular beaches and restaurants. 3 Grocery stores within 5 to 10 minutes drive. The gentleman in charge is Ortega and he went above and beyond to make our 11 day stay a pleasant one."
