Unfortunetly, hotel staff need to learn good manners after making silly and unnecessary comments behind my backs. Reception was unable to solve minor problem breakfast related, even after admitting fault on their side during booking.
Shame other wise that would have been 5 out of...

"Room was clean and spacious. Nice view on the balcony. Breakfast was good. Easy parking . A lot of family opportunities to enjoy the time. Professional management who provided excellent customer service.

"Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "
