"Disappointment with a great view.
I want to first mention so this make sense why I’m upset.
We have the double terrace room which i spent $5000 a night to stay at.
Check in was nothing special at all no one sat down with us just handed us a form to fill out… after sitting there for 10 mins we got a welcome drink which( ice tea)
We had a nice gentleman who gave us a tour of the property recommended since we have the best suite we should enjoy our dinner in our suite and watch the sun set and...

"We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really"

The rooftop are was fabulous and the perfect place to view Palma.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful and did everything in their capacity to make sure we had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel was exceptional, we were able to walk almost everywhere.
