Meitetsu Grand Hotel
"Location is amazing"
Meitetsu Inn Nagoya Ekimae
"Good location but a bit of walking required from Shinkansen, JR station. Besides that, a Room is decent, space is ok for one person, bathroom is abit tiny for some big guys. Buffe style Breakfast is also decent but menu is always same so you may want to have something else after spending few nights."
The Royal Park Canvas Nagoya
"Good location very convenient."
Hotel Resol Nagoya
"Great location, easy to find, nice clean room, very helpful staff. Extend my stay to 3 nights instead of one."
Richmond Hotel Nagoya Shinkansenguchi
"Deposited my bags as too early for check in. Japanese male staff at reception speaks good English and very helpful too. Didn't realised we had stayed here before many years ago! No wonder my husband found the path along the railway so familiar. Happy that we have chosen this hotel again. Thank you"
Prince Smart Inn Nagoya Sakae
"Very clean, efficient, quiet, comfortable, nice included breakfast."
Hotel Indigo Inuyama Urakuen Garden by IHG
"This hotel set the new standard for my wife to travel to Japan now. It is sit right below Inuyama castle and the hot spring is just perfect after all day out. It's garden (free with room key) is relaxing and tea ceremony (600Yen) was great. The hotel is well designed and the breakfast set (5000 pp) is well worth it. The staff is helpful for dinner reservation, taxi, or guide to local place. The hotel is 8 - 10 min walk to the Inuyama street where you can visit multiple shrines and walk to castle (worth it!). We spent the whole day in that area shopping, eating and take pics. The hotel is also great for pic as well; You can also travel from here to Gifu, Hide, and other area for day trip (note for the 15 min walk to train station or 1200 yen taxi) as it is closer than coming from Nagoya. This is definitely place that we will plan a return visit in future."
R&B Hotel Nagoya-Ekimae
"Very clean room, typical small room for business travelers in Japan. Breakfast was ok, and th coffee machine worked well with good quality coffee beans. There are vending machines in the lobby for any drink needs. "

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Inuyama
- Book for the cheapest times: For those looking to explore Inuyama on a budget, the most affordable months to visit are January, March, and June, when hotel prices are lower. It’s recommended to stay for at least 1 to 2 days to fully appreciate the city's rich history and culture. During your visit, you can discover remarkable landmarks such as Inuyama Castle, explore the local gardens, and enjoy attractions like the nearby theme park and zoo. This allows for a great value-for-money experience, making the most of your time while soaking in the scenic river views and engaging with the area's vibrant wildlife.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Inuyama, begin by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. Opting for email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com could keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, ensuring you won’t miss out on opportunities for great savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you’re more likely to see the best hotel deal and be the first to know about any price drops or available rooms.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could enable you to save on your stay at an Inuyama hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we can suggest more economical dates to help you find the best deal.
- Consider your location: Staying closer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable rates, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the places you intend to visit. You could also explore independent hotels further afield, which are usually more likely to be affordable and can offer a more authentic experience.
