This is an absolutely delightful little hotel with very warm and welcoming hosts, Vicky and Jean Luc, who went well out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Excellent stay in a lovely place with a wonderful breakfast

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Manoir de la Blonnerie and, as usual, it's. even an absolute pleasure. Everything about this place appeals, from the rustic charm of the rooms to the fabulous home cooked food... it's a gem of a chambers d'hotes and very reasonable too. Already looking forward to our next stay!

This is a lovely place to stay and the host was gracious and went out of his way to help in every way possible. I arrived on my bicycle and was able to put it into the secure garden area onto which the entrance of the property opened. There is a nice seating area in the open fronted barn, which is perfect for a quiet drink. The room was terrific. Spacious, immaculate and with everything I needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay here. One of the best places we have ever stayed as a family. An incredible welcome, wonderful food together - we loved it. A stunning location - the garden is beautiful. Very comfortable beds and pretty bedroom and bathroom too. We will definitely return!

A very nice stay in a lovely old building that has been sympathetically modernised and included air conditioning It is a 5 min walk to the river and we went to a very nice restaurant around the corner that the hotel owner recommended

Our one night stay at Château Picol was our first experience in a French Château. Our hosts served delicious food, which included local produce. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel nice room facing the garden. Clean surroundings did not have breakfast, only stayed one night on route to Spain, would stay again

Room was clean and comfy and so was the bed, breakfast was really good and the owners were really friendly even recommended somewhere for our evening meal which was an excellent idea, parking was not great as when we came back we couldn't get parked so we parked in the church car park which was a minute walk away, the only downside was there was only a small waste bin in the toilet, one in the room would have been nice, would we stay here again yes we would definitely

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here on our drive home to UK from Spain, so after a long day in the car it was a delight to arrive at this hotel and be greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was perfect, with direct garden access for us and our dog. Dinner was a small menu of dishes made with fresh local ingredients and was delicious. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel and it’s tranquil setting.
