"On a long trip in Europe, this was undoubtedly the best hotel. Fantastic staff everywhere from reception, bar and restaurant. The location together with good parking makes access easy. The spa department together with several swimming pools was very good. The rooms were great and well cleaned. Very high standard in everything.
The most important thing was that we felt at home and welcome because of the hospitable people who work there."

"A great place! Nice location, comfortable hotel, nice views from every window and an easy bus ride to the ski lift. Erna in reception was really nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend! Would’ve stayed longer, but I have to follow the snow"

"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels.
The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new.
They have a ton of activities for kids...
