Have stayed name times and as usual all staff very helpful and friendly.
Evening meal good value and well presented . Plentiful buffet breakfast.
Easy secure underground parking. Easy access to the motorway.
The staff were great and did everything they could for us, language barrier was a slight problem. The rooms were amazing and clean. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked like continental, not a cooked breakfast but could be wrong as we didn't ask. The pool was to cold to swim in, but would of been great if warmer, it was clean aswell. The views were also amazing. We will definitely be staying again, but please make the pool warmer.
We just wanted an overnight stop in an area where a group of us were walking which happened to coincide with peach blossom time in the area which was beautiful. Much about the hotel was fine but maybe in need of a little TLC here and there. Overall it was good value and served our needs adequately.
We took some time to pre-review hotels for our first visit (7 nights) in Murcia. Being inland we wanted to mix culture and food with some relaxation and a pool. And Hotel Nelva ticked every box. Firstly, we had a lovely welcome. I always try my Spanish and got a very friendly reply from check in staff in English throughout. As they did throughout the stay. A 7 night stay you will usually get an example of a 3/4 star experience, but this hotel was really fantastic. The staff were all great. Our...
Very welcoming and accommodating staff. room size was smaller than expected with large bathroom and outside patio space overlooking rooftops with morning sun. bed was comfortable and breakfast underwhelming. Good location- next to cathedral and bars.
Outstanding hotel with wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional staff.
Staff goes out of their way to make your stay an amazing experience.
Clean and very comfortable rooms.
This is the second time we've been and will keep using it every time we go to Murcia.
10 out of 10.
We had a lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Pedro. The breakfast was a good selection. It is only a 15 minute walk from the city centre where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
We've stayed here before and chose to return again, we weren't disappointed. The hotel staff are always very pleasant and helpful, the parking is just around the corner and very convenient considering it's central location. Missed the breakfast this time, but will definitely be returning on our next overnight trip to Murcía.
