Check in and out was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room that was disappointing but not the end of the world. The public areas and bedroom were all spotlessly clean. After reading previous reviews we requested a garden view room and were very glad we did. Stayed in Tortosa as were going to the MotoGP in Aragon and was about midway between that and Reus airport. Parking facilities were good - although spaces were a little tight. Did not...

Hotel Villa Retiro

This hotel is simply fantastic. The staff are super helpful, kind and attentive and they were able to accommodate our needs with no issues and no hesitation. The room is very nice, spacious and comfortable, bed is cozy and the balcony is beautiful. Breakfast was quite generous and again the staff was great. We were super happy with this place and we will be coming back again every year and whenever we're traveling through Tarragona.
