Luxurious suites near a beautiful beach. But for a 5 star hotel was very insulted to be told that extra tea bags for room would be chargeable ! Only came with 2. Really ? Shocking for the price we paid for room ! Only 5 star ever experienced such a thing.

Everything about this gem of a hotel is to acknowledged, from the moment you arrived to the moment you leave it is all about making your stay a wonderful experience. We will back next year for sure. Thanks to all at the Amira.

Great location - couldn't be anymore central but behind the front door it's a haven of tranquility amongst the hubbub of the Main Street. Beautiful spotlessly clean room. Incredible owners who are lovely & instantly make you feel at home, helping in anyway they can to ensure your stay is the best it can be. I'd highly recommend this hotel, it's a real gem & in my experience quite an unusual find in Greece.

The apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable and very well equipped with air conditioning and a large balcony. The location is brilliant, close to all the restaurants, shops, the harbour and buses to the beaches. Marietta, the owner, is very attentive, helpful and a lovely person who seems to go the extra mile for her guests. I would definitely stay at Polykratis again if I return to Skiathos - which is a beautiful island.

The property is lovely and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic, due to the high position, but I would just mention that whilst there are lifts at each level if you have difficulty walking you will need to request a room on the first level as the hotel is situated on a very steep incline.

Must be one of the best views in Skiathos town from your balcony looking at the old harbour. It’s right on the harbour side and you get the sun early morning till 2pm. The room was spacious and clean, quite new and just up a few steps after you’ve walked along the harbour from the drop off point. Dimitris the manager was very helpful and always around. There is a popular outdoor bar next close by with music but it didn’t disturb me. Very pleasant stay.

We had an amazing holiday in Skiathos made so much better by this hotel! The staff are so very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and the cleanliness is amazing. Our room was cleaned everyday and we had fresh towels and bed linen everyday too. Air Con amazing and mosquito blinds are fitted also. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning.

We've stayed at many hotels in Skiathos, this is the best by far.. Clean, well situated, great rooms, views are amazing from terraces... All this and much more. Staff are superb... We are going back later in the year.

Maria was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely and the pool area was very good. Would recommend this hotel highly.

Just back from a fantastic week at the mystery hotel in Skiathos Town. The hotel is recently completed and fantastically equipped but the highlight is the service. It's an easy walk to town. The highlight is the excellent service, including the breakfast delivered to your room or to the pool area according to your specification, provided by Vasileios and the rest of the staff.

Lovely pool and views

Very polite helpful hosts. Room was very clean and views over the town down to the marina. Little bit of a steep climb to apartments but pick up is available. Would definitely recommend

My partner and I stayed for a week and we had the best time! the owners of the villas were super helpful and friendly, they even gave us a lift a couple of times down to the old town. We loved the jacuzzi in our private villa and the views were amazing too. The room was clean, comfortable and overall a great stay. Will definitely recommend!

An immaculate hotel with only 18 rooms, and a lovely pool and bar; a real find within walking distance from bus stop 4 and all the bars and restaurants of Skiathos Town. Part of the Kassandra Bay 5* resort we were able to use their facilities within 1km. Recommend room 103 or 102 as deluxe doubles with a larger terrace and plunge pools. The breakfast is great, so much variety and all fresh with lots of Greek delicacies too. George on reception was an absolute delight, and had so much positive...

This is a family run Hotel who take great pride in their work, and as a result, their experience and friendliness shows in a clean and welcoming holiday destination. The restaurant offers excellent traditional Greek cuisine, one of the best we have found on the Island. We will be returning.
