"I booked this hotel for my wife and her friend for a theatre weekend. She said 'the staff were lovely, the room was quiet despite being in central London, the beds were comfy, good breakfast. We both appreciated the nice aromas throughout the hotel and the level of cleanliness. The upgrade was an amazing bonus. It made such a difference between being a nice weekend and being a really special weekend. It was fab!'"

"The hotel did met our expectation being the 4 star it is. Love love love the staff, so amazing, specially that Canadian lady at the reception ( felt bad did not got her name ). Staffs are super accommodating and friendly. The location is superb, it is close to everything. The bed and pillows are soo good ( I can sleep all day on them) the room is clean and love that we we can see Trafalgar Square from our window. It literally is close to everything and that is just superb. The breakfast is 10/10. Food tasted proper 4 star hotel, my pallet was in-love with the breakfast. We cannot wait to go back again and the cherry on top was the upgrade we got for no extra cost. Don’t forget the water refilling stations in the corners are amazing. Overall experience was love it love it love it. "
