"Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Went out of her way to see to our safety and comfort going so far as to go out and spread salt around our vehicle so we didn't slip and fall when we checked out. I appreciate people who go above and beyond ."

"Very neat and clean rooms with good ambience. Front desk staff were very accommodative and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options including hot breakfast. When requested they opened the breakfast little bit early at 5:30 am. Pool was icing on the cake with amazing Jets in the pool. Overall, I am very happy with my stay."

Door to parking lot and pet area was never opened and when I asked the maintenance guy if he was opening it, I got snarky response. My dog discovered lots of leftover “stuff” in the room, like lighter and broken pieces of furniture under the bed. Since parking lot door wasn’t open the only convenient and open parking was for diamond club members. Only one elevator was working and it was beyond slow."

Although modernized, the rooms gave you authentic decorum. The people were very friendly. They also gave you the opportunity to walk throughout the hotel and any room that was an occupied was left open for you to explore.
