In addition, my mother and I, will recommend for others, especially my family, because, one of the benefitsis the Spa, this was a greater of all things that we enjoyed, so thanks again. Afterwards, we went to relax and we received the best assistants.
As sum up, in this hotel every customers will be in the best hands. If someone need a good vacations should be going there. The staffs focused on good attendance and customers satisfaction.

"We stayed for two nights, it is a paradise. Best looking place in samana. Food and drinks were amazing. The beach is one step away. Note: staff is very rude, they never smile or say hello. Never asked if we needed anything or if we wanted something else to drink or eat. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Armando at the cook to order was the only person to offer a smile and was very attentive to his guests. Checkin was not very welcoming. The person tended to fix a cabinet of sunglasses for sale rather than attend to us. He took his time doing so. Overall we had an amazing time here. They really need to work with personnel.. "

"Loved the bungalow, beach, water, and water activities. Staff were great, helpful and knowledgeable . Scheduled activities were not always available or at the scheduled times so we missed any and all dance classes. Buffet food was fresh and food was good. Fresh fruit was always on point! Really enjoyed Fusion, avoid the Mediterranean restaurant it was not fresh tasting. Loved the chill beach vibe with no kids. I plan to go back 😊"
