Fantastic room, really friendly staff. Great breakfast and easy parking

Fantastic location. The views are stunning. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. There is free parking and it's a very safe location, quiet and restful. All the rooms have air-conditioning and a TV. There is also a wellness centre. I haven't used it but have seen it and it looks very well maintained. Although slightly further from Strasbourg than we anticipated, the hotel offers great value and the staff are incredibly helpful. Ubers into Strasbourg are reasonably priced!

Comfortable stay, convenient location

Found by chance whilst trying to find somewhere to stay near Strasbourg. So pleased I did, it’s a fantastic hotel/restaurant situated a short drive off the main road. Warmly welcomed and room was simple but clean and very comfortable. Food in restaurant was excellent. It’s also a very short walk from the train station with trains to Strasbourg centre taking around 15 minutes.

Fantastic property with amazing service, location and amenities.

We had just a one night stay here on out travels. It's a beautiful Chateau with the reception rooms preserved in their original decor. We booked last minute so were in the annex which is obviously recently refurbished and was a delightful room with a french window to a private garden. The grounds are lovely and huge and you have a real sense of stepping back in time. The staff were absolutely lovely and Breakfast was excellent. Spotless

Good location and very convenient for a cheap tram ride into the centre. The hotel feels new, 416 was a lovely room, and the hotel is clean and tidy. The food was much better than might be expected for a hotel. The spa however is the highlight, we would recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, breakfast was nice in the morning, not too much hot food but everything tasted fresh. Great location, bus stops right outside or can easily walk in to town, less than 10 minutes and a lovely walk along the river/park.

A great place to stopover en route back to the UK. Just a 20 minute stroll into the town.

We were welcomed by Evan and he immediately answered our questions on parking for our motorcycles and also helped providing a kettle (an essential for me!), helped with local tourist attractions and directions etc. The room was sizeable, clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice, self service with a really nice selection. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Friendly, competent staff. Good location for town. Great breakfast which you can also enjoy on the terrace overlooking the gardens towards the Caracalla Spa. The hotel is immaculately clean. We had garden room 106, which was very nice and spacious. This room has 3 quite high steps between the sleeping area and the entrance where the bathroom is. You can’t see the steps at night unless you put the lights on. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
