When we arrived at the property,nobody was there to check us in,we waited there for a while and upon calling up the Hotel we told to come to the sixth floor since were not informed beforehand about the reception being located at the 6th floor .

Very helpful staff and the hotel manager goes out of his way to help (I needed a private taxi to go to bandipur and wanted a jeep as it had rained a lot - he organised it perfectly and at a good price).
