The room was fantastic (it was a one bedroom condo). All the staff at the resort are gracious, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Even the fish are friendly.

"Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving.
