"I stayed at Margaritaville in Costa Rica for a full week and overall had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. I chose the all-inclusive package and did excursions every other day, so I was only on the resort about half of the time. Even with that, I will say the food did get a bit repetitive. It was very catered toward American tastes and didn’t change much throughout the week — that would be my only real downside.
Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The service truly stood out. At the swim-up bar, Elias went above and beyond for my kids, who kept ordering virgin margaritas. He even gave my three-year-old a tiny cup that was absolutely adorable. He was so friendly and patient — I couldn’t have asked for better service.
The hotel itself was very clean. Housekeeping came every day, so I never had to worry about a thing. At the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar, Fiona, Nadezca, Steicy, Melvin, Marvin, and Gabriel provided excellent service as well.
Overall, Margaritaville delivered a fun, relaxing vacation with exceptional staff. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families."
"The resort was excellent and the service amazing. While the hotel is a bit older, the cleanliness of the entire resort was impeccable! The service, especially at the pool, were friendly quick. Getting into any of the restaurants was easy and there were a variety of options which was nice so the food didn’t get boring. It was very family friendly with lots of entertainment including waterslides. The beach was beautiful and you can pretty much guarantee to see monkeys hanging out there in the morning and early evenings. We had some issues with our transportation at the end of the trip and the staff at the front desk was amazing and ensured we got to the airport on time (the transportation was not through the hotel but if I had to do it again I would have used their services). Overall we had a great time and I would highly recommend. "
"All was well. I particularly liked the shuttle, which ran whenever someone needed to go to the airport. It was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. My only small complaint is that the room in the evening was not well lit."

"Hotel and staff were excellent. We had to ask management to quiet down a group of drunks who took their own speakers to pool and spent 3 hours screaming like animals. The second we asked, the hotel did everything right and addressed the situation in a classy and professional way. It was well handled. Not hotel’s fault— shame on the people. "
