This hotel was much better than I expected. The hotel rooms are newer and well appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and acted like they enjoyed their work. "A No-brainer"
I loved staying at this hotel. One of the nicest I've stayed at in a while. I travel a lot for business, so I familiar with how hotels are usually setup and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel is. "Modern Marvel"
This property is extremely nice! Very clean, nice, modern rooms! My only wish is that this chain would upgrade their cable. The channel line up is very limited and male oriented as there were mostly sports and news channels to watch. "Amazing!"
It was more than I expected. This is a new hotel a block away from the Austin Convention center, literally surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was gorgeous, although the glass bathroom door (beautifully frosted) wasn't much of a sound barrier to what was happening in the bathroom :) We had a good laugh. "Would definitely recommend"

Service - nonexistent...paid to valet park, got to carry our own bags. Breakfast was lousy. Thermostat in room did not work, beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Food selection was lousy! Loved staying at the Hyatt Place since I could walk less than a block to the convention center and then safely walk to some fun places like the Elephant Room and restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Very close to the 6th street and all the fun. The shampoo and the lotion were not new. Iron was broken. Shower grout was dirty. "Great, clean hotel"
This hotel is fairly new and in pristine condition. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast had many options. The workout facility had plenty of modern equipment (free weights, 3 treadmills, bikes and one weight machine) and free headphones, water & towels. We walked everywhere except to SoCo, took a short cab ride. Even […] printed our boarding passes in the lobby. Only complaint we had was that we were on the 6th floor and could hear sirens and street noise. "Comfortable and clean stay, service oriented."
The complimentary breakfast had varied choices. The location was within walking (or staggering) distance from street fair and nightlife scene. Extremely comfortable bed and large TV. Free wi-fi a definite plus. TV controller did not work well. In house parking was convenient upon arrival but inconvenient when garage became full, somewhat overpriced […] for inadequacies. "Friendly Atmosphere Downtown"

"Best service I've ever experienced"
The hotel is well situated, with clean and comfortable rooms, but the best thing was the service. Compared to literally hundreds of other hotels I've stayed in over the years, this had the best customer service of them all. I was amazed at how well the entire staff has been trained. "Outstanding time"
