Courtyard Kansas City at Briarcliff - นอร์ทแคนซัสซิตี

The staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable...I really liked the location due to it's remoteness...It was easy to get to the interstate we were looking for in the morning...I really recommend this place. Prices were decent.

The room was advertised as a King plus sleeper couch, couch was even shown in the photo so we booked it for four people. When we showed up it was only a single chair and no sleeper couch. Why would they rent a one bed to four people? The poor kids had to sleep on the floor and the staff was very rude. Great hotel with great views of Downtown KC. Decent location, but worth the drive time. I will be staying here again when in town to visit family. Everything is new and clean. Had some issues with hotels.com and expectations of the room amenities. Issues with hotel staff finding reservation and the room actually matching the reservation. Took over a hour to sort out. Despite all the problems, the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was spotless. Newly renovated and close to great shops. Reasonable drive from the downtown […] area. Quiet, relaxing get away. We ended up talking with the manager over the next couple days and walked through the issues. The manager was more than open minded and even set up a meeting for management to discuss the issue to prevent it from occurring in the future. I think there was a miscommunication with what was posted on hotels.com and what the hotel actually offers. Would definitely stay again despite all the issues. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

It was a very nice and new hotel. Very appealing and the staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is I heard constant noises coming from between the walls, water rushing and banging. I don't know if my room was near utilities closet but I know it wasn't the elevators as they were in the opposite side.

This was a quick stop for us before continuing on our way to Saint Louis for a family visit. This hotel was newer, opened in September of 2012 I believe, and is very clean and comfortable. Briarcliff is situated perfectly for access to downtown Kansas City while being in a nice area of the city. We will be staying again when we pass through town.

We had an enjoyable stay, Checking out was the only issue we had, same name different state to ours. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and brand-new. Only complaint is that there was nothing complementary, not even coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was very limited too. Small Starbucks type breakfast,

The hotel was nice, rooms are very comfortable. The location is OK, but I really needed to be closer to downtown. The biggest problem was the food and bar service. I waited 10-15 minutes behind two or three people in line to get a beer and this was every evening of my 4 night stay. This is a Brand new hotel, very nice space, great room, awesome views of the city skyline. It's a litte hidden away and there isn't much else around the hotel, but it's a fairly quick drive to Zona Rosa or downtown; and the hidden location means no traffice noise.
