Nice room, great food menu, it´s absolutely worth staying at this place

Convenient location for Stratford. Friendly, helpful staff. The pub meals were good and reasonably priced. Bathroom small and no space for toilet bags etc but the room was clean. Some areas a bit tired but we enjoyed our two night stay and would recommend.

Nice, quiet country pub hotel. Good food and service. Breakfast is continental and the choice is small but overall very good value for money.

Friendly staff giving good service. I liked having enough coffee and milk in the room for two drinks each, as well as an offer of more milk. It was also nice to have a table and two comfortable chairs in bedroom. (Nothing annoys me more in a hotel room than only having one chair in a double/twin room.) Slight wear of some fittings. I would definately stay here again and recomend. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice olde worlde feel, relaxing after long drive. Breakfast is buffet style , and tea / coffee making in the room was most welcome.

Overall the hotel was good. Service was superb. I got there at 10.30 pm and although the food was off the girls went out their way to make us toast and jam. They helped us to our room with our bags as well as other things and generally just being lovely. Would have made our stay a lot better by having hot breakfast as opposed to continental

We have stayed at this hotel many times before, however we were woken at 5am by a loud noise from the central heating system which really needs to be sorted out. Other than that a very pleasant stay and lovely staff.

We were very satisfied with our accomadation on our one night stay that we brought our family, who were staying nearby, to the hotel for an evening meal.

The breakfasts were really good, though would have appreciated some fruit and yogurt. Evening meal was lovely too. Our room was clean and the decor was fine but we thought it was small for a superior room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tried hard to please, food prices in restaurant , pricey for meagre portions. Breakfast room littered with crocks, had to sit at an uncleared table, and was then ignored.
