The hotel was gorgeous- very luxurious accommodations for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, too. We... traveled to all the major sites as well as to various marches on the outskirts of Paris and had no difficulty getting anywhere (this may also say something about the Paris Metro system!). Plenty of lovely restaurants, cute boutiques and cafes right outside your door, too. I had 2 complaints- 1) the hotel claimed to have wifi bit we rarely got it to work or it would work on our phones but not our tablets. Since I needed to monitor some work situations, this made life difficult. 2) the night staff could not be relied on. We came home one night a little before midnight and no one was there to buzz us in. We waited outside in the rain for a long time. Not very fun. Another night, we came home around 1 and there was literally no one there. We had to text a friend who was also staying in the hotel to come let us in.
