being relatively new to HK, i found the front office staff really helpful and went out of their way to guide so thru the places we wanted to visit. will definitely stay there again...

We had a family outing with my sister from Perth and booked 2 rooms. Hotel is 5 mins walk to Tin Hau MTR which is l stop from Causeway Bay MTR. Lots of eateries near the hotel like 24-hr Chinese café and 24-hr Mcdonalds, Thai, Japanese, Korean and Indian restaurants. Hair and nail saloon is just across the hotel. Hotel is newly opened only 6 months […] ago. Room is compact so not much space for big bags. Closet can hang about 4-5 pcs of clothing and comes with a safe box which is great. The hotel stay was great. The hotel is what I would call a micro hotel. Room was very close quarters but very clean and charming! Near a sigfht seeing area and walking distance from subway. I would recommend it.

Located near mtr and in an area with lots of food places to explore. Room will be tight if there are 2 big luggages. Room neat, clean and comfy. Enjoyed the coffee machine too.

Location is great for this hotel. 3 mins walk always from Tin Hau subway and Causeway bay is just one station away. The surroundings has many restaurants and dessert shops available. Pacific coffee and McD is around the corner too. Very convenient.

Walking distance to bus stops and subway station. Plenty of food places downstairs the hotel. Room are small and packed but the utilities are good in the room.

Generally very good value I would say. we stayed 5 nights and the only complaint was the room size, a bit small for 2 people. Everything worked well including the elevators , plumbing and Internet. Staff friendly and helpful. Location in Causeway Bay fairly central and convenient to MTR and airport bus. We would stay here again for same price.

Close to tram, bus, sub-way. Good location. Room is clean, but very small. One person is okay, two is tight.

Rooms were quite small but attractively decorated -- like new. Location very close to subway. Staff tried to be very helpful but did not seem to know very much about sights in Hong Kong. Compared to other hotels, this hotel was weak on tourist information and maps.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 2min walk from Tin Hau MTR Station. The airport bus stops right at the terminus there too. Apart from the small room size which is the norm in HK, the hotel is flawless in every sense. We were on honeymoon, and were upgraded to the 23rd floor automatically, which was a nice welcome. The room, though small, […] was cozy and functional. Good mattress and pillows, good shower, good temperature. There was no noise of flushing toilets or showers from other rooms, that's why we slept so well on all three nights. We were spoilt for choice with the diverse restaurants all within walking distance. We had a fabulous dinner at Chilli Thai Restaurant just around the corner, the food was very fresh. The hotel is new, very clean, bed comfortable, strong shower. It's only about 5 min walk from the MTR and there are alot of places to eat around the hotel The only complaint is the rooms are really small, the size of a budget hotel.

Upscale hotel a 2 minute walk from Tin Hau MTR station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke fairly good English. I was in a Deluxe Double, and it had a real King size bed (U.S. King dimensions) and the bed was very comfortable. Free wifi. If you're with somebody else and can get past the relative lack of privacy due to the door that doesn't really act as a door, and the light that shines through the enclosure, it should be fine. Quality of room was excellent, only niggle was could not open the windows to get any fresh air in.. JUST SO VERY SMALL EVEN FOR HK. Location very good as only 1 minute from Tim Hau MTR. We had a pleasant stay at Butterfly on Victoria. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by their staff with opening of the doors and moving in our luggage. When we were checking in, we were asked "Do you have any plans where you'd like to go?" . We thought it was just a friendly conversation... but as we were talking, they were busy printing up maps of […] places we mentioned. We didn't even have to ask! We thought that was super helpful. Our room was neat and clean. It had its own personal touches from the hotel... like butterfly clips on our pillows that had tags written "firm pillows" on them. As well as decorative pillows that says "hug me, I'm clean!". We found the personal touches pretty neat. We did use their laundry service. Once we called down to let them know we had laundry to do, they sent a staff up to collect our laundry right away. The beds were comfortable... one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've had. They even had outlet plug adapters (although not sure if that was left behind from another traveller). My friend and I both thought their shower was amazing. The hotel is in a convenient location. It is very close to Tin Hau MTR station. The McDonald's located just right under the hotel was convenient for late night snacking or breakfast. It is a relatively quieter area (compared to Causeway Bay)... if you're looking to live in the bustle of night life, this is not the location for you. However, it is only one MTR station away. The hotel just opened in July 2012, hence it is really very new and well maintained. The hotel lobby always smelled good whenever we passed by. The beds were comfortable too, so it's no wonder that the bed is 1 of their unique selling points. Another point to mention is that the rooms next door are very near to our rooms though we were given the corner rooms, so we could hear the neighbours opening and closing the doors and their talking could be heard too. This hotel does most things to a very high standard. The staff spoke very good English, it is very clean, with modern rooms and new everything. It doesn't offer a breakfast, which is a pain.

If you just need a room for sleeping and showering, this is a great place. It is very small, but considering prices in Hong Kong, it is what you should expect given the rate you are paying. The location was phenomenal for catching the MTR, less than 2 minutes to the station. Also, for those wanting a break from Chinese food, there is a McDonald's right […] around the corner. For those wanting authentic local food, there are numerous "hole in the wall" restaurants surrounding the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean with just enough amenities. I booked the largest room in the hotel which is the Executive harbor View room on the 22nd floor with a queen bed. The room was very small. With three pieces of luggage I had a hard time finding a spot to put them down with room to open the bags. The bed was said to be queen size but it seems like a full size bed in US standard. I did not have a measurement […] tape to measure it. Even on the 22nd floor (hotel has 26th floors) the harbor view was minimal. This is a good hotel for single or couple. I had a 2-yr old with us and he had to sleep on the floor. Location was great near Tin Hau MTR station. But three out of three taxi driver were not able to find the street of the hotel. The side that the taxi can stop is not King's Road as in the hotel's address. Overall the hotel is new and clean with good location and helpfull staff. Hotel looks and feel brand new. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and fast. They gave us fast and accurate replies to "where and which one is the faster express bus to the airport". Please understand space is precious in Hong Kong, the room we only fits a couple. The bathroom was the disappointment. There is no fan to vent out the steam from shower. […] The door to the bathroom does not close all the way to the top of the ceiling. It leaves a large opening for shower steam out to the room. The large opening also lets out noise and smell from whoever is occupying the toilet to the room. Highly recommended however it is quite away from Causeway Bay (one station away). Rooms are very clean but very small. I had to upgrade to a twin room as the superior room only has one twin bed and about 5sqm around the bed. 2mins walk from Tin Hau station.
