Hotel PARK AVENUE - โตเกียว

I stayed here as I was passing through Tokyo on the way to Hokkaido. I liked it so much, I stayed there again on my way back Fukyoka. The room is avg. size for Japan...but the Staff is wonderful. I think it is a family that owns and operates. When I went out at night, they held my key at the front desk and handed it back to me when I returned late. […] They even gave me a small gift when I checked out which was touching. This is a great hotel. It is only a block from the subway station and easy to get to.The rooms are average-sized by Japanese standards but have everything you need. The best think about the hotel though is the staff who are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is owned and run by a really nice Japanese family. 安心して、たいへん心地よく滞在しました。小包や郵便の受取りや発送、また心づくしの送迎や、心細かなサービスに大変感激いたしました。また素敵なご家族が経営しておられ、外国のペンションに似た心地の良さを感じました。立地は地下鉄半蔵門線とJRの快速・各駅があるため都心へのビジネス滞在には申し分なく、近辺はさまざまなレストランの他、買い物や生活に必要なものがほぼすべてそろいました。また東京の新名所であるスカイツリーは至近でした。このお値段ではなかなかこれほど条件が揃う場所もめずらしいのでは。また利用したいと思います。

錦糸町は交通の便がよく非常に良かったです。東京スカイツリーも歩いて行ける距離です。ホテルは普通のビジネスホテルですが、清潔で特になんの不満もありませんでした。ただ、好みの問題ですが私たちにはややベッドが硬かったです。

The hotel smells from smoking which is not so nice. I think the hotel should forbid smoking.
