This perfectly-sized, modern, well-kept apt in the charming district of Trastevere is not only close to the tram, but within walking distance of all the... main sights of Rome and great dining. It is right across the street from Tiber Island and it's bridge for viewing the river and sunset and easy crossing. The bed is comfortable and there's roomy closet space, a good-sized desk and a safe. The bathroom and kitchen are modern, completely functional and very clean. The living/dining area was inviting and well-lit. The wood-beamed ceiling and tiled floor give the place a charming feel. The air-conditioning works very well and is quiet. Luisa was very accommodating when we asked if it could be turned on due to the early arrival of hot days. The three windows let in natural light and the shutters enable complete darkness.
