The location of this hotel was fantastic. Close to liverpool street station which has access to 4 different tube lines, one of them being the Central line which literally took us everywhere we needed to go. Very central, clean but tiny. You have to pay for tv, hairdryer & they charge us £4 to leave our bags as check in isn't till 3pm & check out is 10am.

We were here for a night and were very pleased with the quality of the rooms. Although a bit on the smaller side, the bed was nice and firm, the shower was clean and nice. Rooms were modern. The only complaint I had was that the internet code they gave me was already expired.

I disliked that the maid service started vaccuuming the hallway at 7:30 AM during the week. I was on vacation and didn't get to sleep in like I wanted.

I liked the Tune overall but it took me ages to find as I was looking on Liverpool St. The lovely police looked it up for me snd locate the street for me. excellent location only a 5 minute walk from Liverpool street station. Really good value for money... The rooms are small and basic, but clean and modern. Perfect for what we wanted from a overnight stay in London.

The room was clean, it had everything you need for a one night stay.Any more than that and you should look elsewhere. The room was tiny. Space for the bed and a suitcase and not much more. If you get it for £50, in the centre of London, then fine, any more...go elsewhere.

The rooms are small and the rooms aren't exactly soundproof. Other than that, everything is tip top! Probably the best showers in England and the cleanest rooms and nicest staff! Hotel is fine for a short stay. Having booked with Hotels.com the Hotel provides sufficient towels for two nights. However the hotel staff should make it clear that the room is only serviced after three days. If one wants it to be serviced daily, an extra charge will be incurred.

First time in a Tune Hotel and it was fine. It was in Spitalfields which is a very hip part of London but 5 mins walk from Liverpool St station. We arrived at 2pm and told to check in before 3pm would cost £5 or to store bag £2 per item. That is not acceptable, 3pm is late for a hotel check-in and simply used to extract more money. Rooms are incredibly small so would only recommend an overnight stay. Having said that staff were very pleasant and room was extremely clean. I would definitely overnight at Tune again due to the proximity of my office.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The location is convenient to pubs, restaurants, shopping, and quite close to the Liverpool St Station. I would highly recommend this as a budget hotel. The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable.

My pleasant experience was somewhat marred by some idiot who decided to set the fire alarm off in the middle on the night on Saturday 15th December. Or maybe they were smoking. Room quality and size was fine for the price. What was poor was the bed which was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the fact the room was not cleaned. I've stayed at other 2 star hotels and have had my room cleaned on a daily basis.
