"Family vacation to Legoland"
The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet and location of breakfast was very nice and open, did not feel like a rushed cramped cafeteria style breakfast buffet. "hotel anemities incorrect"

"Perfect for our needs."
This was a great location for us. We (my sister and 2 brothers and I) were there overnight to visit our sick uncle, who is in a facility nearby. The hotel is a fairly new and is clean and well appointed. Very good breakfast is included. The rooms were very nice and really comfortable. "Never will I go through this"
I called up front desk if my room is ready for checkin. The gentlemen told me yes and my room is on the 2nd floor. I asked him if the pool is indoor so my kids and I can leave Legoland for indoor swimming-- he said yes. I showed up and the pool is out door and my room was on the 4th floor. We stayed two nights and throughout our visit, the maid never […] took the teas out, refill the tissue, or vaccum the floor- they only made the bed and picked up the restroom. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. I enjoyed my stay very much the only negative thing I would have to say was the room was not cleaned very well prior to my arrival. "Would stay again"
This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with helpful, friendly staff and a good selection of food. Location was quiet which is very important to me. "Nice place and even nicer staff."
We were staying for our sons graduation. It worked great, but if you're looking for really quiet rooms you might want to stay somewhere else. The sounds from adjoining rooms can be heard somewhat. "Secret Hideaway"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt! It was hidden back in the cut of Carlsbad and was a quiet getaway! The kitchen is open 24 hours so if u get hungry late night u don't have to leave! The more I stay at the Hyatt, the more I enjoy it. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the entire facility exceeds my expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had. Great selection and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Hotel is new, so yes its clean. Staff is friendly too. If you are a breakfast person I would advice you go early to the breakfast area because if you go at busy time you will not only have enough coffee or any other food you will also stand in big line. Absolutely great hotel. We had no issues what so ever during our 4 night stay while visiting Legoland and the Field of Flowers. I was told each room had itd own microwave. Little to my disappointment. When we brought our left overs with us. There wasnt. The dining room food was almost uneatable. No outlet for hair dryer also. I have never stayed at this hotel before but I will from now on when I am in the area for business. The staff was super friendly and they were constantly cleaning. Usually workout rooms have dated equipment but not this hotel. They had two treadmills that were the top on the line. "Broken Promises"
I booked via Hotels.com and was traveling with two small children. On the website, it showed a room with 2 queen beds and a small sitting area. I called the hotel to find out if my room would include the 2 beds and the sitting area and was told... YES. I called on the day of arrival to let them know I would be arriving late and they said I had a King […] bed with a sitting area. I told the guy that wasnt the case and he PROMISED me that I would have the 2 queen beds with a sitting area. Upon my arrival... every promise made was broken. I was given a 1 queen room with a sofabed... NOT AT ALL comfortable for me or the kids. When I asked to have the Manager/Hotel Director call me...
