The Boston Park Plaza Towers - บอสตัน

Location was great - value was very good especially when it supposedly included breakfast but when my sons went down for breakfast they were told it was not included. I should have left them with the reservation printout that showed breakfast was included. That was the only reason service was a 4 not a 5.

We've stayed here twice and most impressed with how quickly we are able to checkout bc the valet service and bell hop. Both stays we exited smoothly however, checking in always takes some time bc of crowds. This was usually not an issue 3x we stayed at Omni Parker House, however, valet service there is much slower when we are exiting (making it to hospital […] appt not so easy and traffic more congested). So, if getting out with your car in timely manner is important, this is a good place to stay. The towers with continental buffet breakfast isn't such a great deal. I liked the hotel and where it was The location is center to the theatres and restaurants. The interrior could have been a bit better. Paint chipping on the doors it just looked old.

The Boston Park Plaza is an EXCELLENT hotel, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel , the location is perfect we walked everywhere ! the best is the free breakfast in the 15 th floor every morning... I really recomend this hotel is very luxiurious at an affordable price. extremely clean !!

The Park Plaza Boston has always had a good reputation so I chose it for its location when I brought my daughter to college in Boston. We took the subway from the airport with our luggage and arrived a 1/2 block from the hotel. When we checked in we were hot and tired and carrying 4 bags. The people at the reception desk were blah at best and we were […] never even offered assistance with our bags. We couldn't find a cart anywhere in the lobby - so we were carried our bags up to the 15th floor (via elevator, we didn't actually "carry" them up the stairs!) The room was fine, but the bed and pillows were harder than my liking. The sound of police sirens out on the street at 2am woke us (they sounded like they were IN the room) and then again at 4:30am when other guests decided to either fight or party in the hallway. There was no alarm clock or hair dryer in the room. But, I have to say housekeeping brought the dryer within 5 minutes. The concierge level lounge which offered free breakfast was so crowded we couldn't find a seat and could barely move in the room and the breakfast was muffins and cut-fruit - nothing special. Drab and tired - no facilities and little going for it apart from location and price. the lobby is like an old tube station, crowded and with nowhere to sit. and the only places to eat are so deep in the building that there is no daylight. Boston was wonderfull. We saw a game at Fenway Park, and visited historic points of interest . The subway enterance is less than a block away on Arlington Street that takes you directly to Fenway. Follow the red brick road and walk to historic sites. Our stay was only one day, but the hotel was great! We need to return for a longer stay.

Air conditioner did not work. Ask for maintanence while we were out for the night. Also asked if not able to fix, could we have a fan in the room. No problem. Came back that evening, no a/c and no fan. And 75 degrees in the room. Not a comfortable night. We were offered very nicely at check out a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was closing in 5 min. […] So we chose lunch that we were told opens at 11:00am. It opened at 11:30am. With our schedule we had to go off the hotel property to have brunch. This hotel has the best location in Boston...period. Walk to everything. So if you're going to Boston for a short stay, I'd highly recommend a Tower room with that amazing continental breakfast. The room was kind of small, but it was very nice.

Aside from the front desk staff, customer service in this hotel is lousy! conceirge and bell boys are inconciderate and someimes rude. wi-fi is not free in the room and had to spend half an hour to get connected.

ordered room service and they never delivered. after an hour i called and they said orders got mixed up and sent the order up quickly thereafter for no charge.

Although the hotel is nice, it has extreme problems with the heating in the rooms. The rooms are so unbearably hot that the only way to cool the room is to open the window, which is what the front desk advised us to do. It was a very unpleasant experience. For få sitteplasser i lobbyen og dårlig belyst. Ingen informasjon tilgjengelig uten å spørre lobby personell, (som var veldig hjelpsom). Dårlig vedlikehold på rommet i forhold til prisen.
