The hotel staff were great but the shuttle bus driver was very rude to us. He was screaming when we did not get out of the bus right away. The room we... had was nice and clean except for plywood hard beds. I liked that they had nonsmoking floors in the hotel. the hotel was conveniently located when you need to need to walk to to the ferry terminal. You can catch other shuttle buses to other hotels/casinos at the ferry terminal. The hotel shuttle bus schedule was not so reliable.
