เป็นแมนชั่นที่สงบมากกกกก ตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางย่านที่ัพักอาศัย ไปกลับได้หลายสถานีถึงเดินไกลแต่ก็เพลินตา ดูนั่นดูนี่แปบๆก็ถึงแล้ว >< เจ้าของน่ารักใจดีพูดอังกฤษเก่งมาก ห้องกว้างสะอาด ราคาถูกแล้วยังมีทุกอย่างให้พร้อม ซักผ้าฟรีอีกต่างหาก T^T ประทับใจทุกอย่าง อยากกลับไปอีกกกกกก

Good room rate/service but the room needs renovation. The location is a bit off the suibway but within walking distance. Overall I would recommed it to budget travellers.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kurumi Mansion and, as others have written, the manager (owner?) is a very nice guy. I would, however, caution that it is not particularly close to any subway stations (in spite of how it may look on a map) and the surrounding neighborhood is mostly residential, which is fine, but a bit dull (though not without scenic interest). […] I lived in Japan for three years and have reasonable Japanese language skills, but I still managed to screw up my late night train connection on one occasion (but had a typically competent & honest Japanese taxi driver bring me back to the Kurumi for a reasonable fare). Overall, the Kurumi Mansion is definitely a good deal by Tokyo standards, but if you've never been to Japan and don't know any Japanese it might be better for you to spend more money and be closer to the sights in Tokyo you want to see, or at least nearer to the train that takes you there. The hotel was run by a kindly old man who allowed us very flexible accommodations for our circumstances. Great location, amazing view every morning. Highly Recommended.

The manager was congenial; the room was not what we saw on line and the manager said that the online rooms may have been more expensive than the room we had. We admit that we were disappointed but we settled in and enjoyed being back in Tokyo. I would pay more attention if we did this trip again and make sure we had a more suitable place than we had […] but we adjusted and the manager was always helpful when we needed help. For what I paid to stay in this place, it was better than expected. There was free washer and dryers and they even provided laundry detergent at no cost. The manager provided a map of the area and suggested places to visit. The TV had a surprising amount of free channels, and there were remotes for both the TV and the AC. No complaints.

It was a little hard to find as the sign was small. The room was spacious with a refridgerator, kitchen sink, couch for the TV and 3 beds. A little walk to the subway but 3 stations to chose from. Really neat place to stay. In safe area and a 10 minute walk to restaurants and the Suitengumae station and Tokyo city terminal.

The staff was friendly and spoke English. I had late check in on a day when staff isn't there and they left me a note telling me how to access my room. It is a ten minute walk from the closest station. The hotel has a refrigerator, freezer, burner, kitchen equipment, and extra blankets. They do not provide towels, hand towels, washcloths, soap or conditioner […] so make sure to bring them. There are washing machines and dryers on the third floor for your use free of charge. Kurumi Mansion was clean, friendly, and easy to get to if you're coming in from Narita or Haneda (a short walk from the TCAT limousine bus station), and extremely inexpensive for Tokyo. Don't go in expecting luxury accommodations or a traditional tatami-room experience, but we had a kitchenette and our own bathroom - a rare if not unique combination […] in Japanese hotels. Be aware that the room is quite small and the bathroom is tiny! The room had most electrical appliances you might need, although no toaster (just a hot plate and microwave). They even provide free laundry machines! One problem we had was getting internet service - you'll be fine if you bring a computer you can plug an Ethernet cable (which the management provides) into, but the wifi only works if you have a subscription to the Japanese wifi provider (which obviously most foreign travelers will not have). In other words, you won't be able to connect on wifi with your iphone/ipod or similar device. This was quite frustrating, but not really the hotel's fault. The manager, Mr. Sasano, is friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is no staff available (except in emergencies) during evenings and weekends - so if you're arriving at that time be sure to contact them in advance. In addition to being near TCAT, the location is quite good for trains and subway lines (you're in walking distance of three different lines) and near some fun less-touristed areas. It is not a hotel but an apartment building with +/- 16 m small studio-apartments with a basic bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The quality can be compared to a 2 star hotel, but everything is clean. The building manager speaks English and is very helpful. Good value for money.

일단 도쿄에서 이 호텔을 선택하셨다는건 최대한 저렴한 가격으로 알아보신 결과일 겁니다. 그런 면에서 이 호텔은 매우 만족스럽습니다. 뭐 다른 서비스는 없지만 가격 대비 방의 넓이라던가 시설면에서는 아주 흡족했어요. 저는 3인방이었는데 전자레인지나 전기포트, 헤어 드라이어등의 편의 시설등은 다 갖춰져 있고 이불도 여분이 꽤 있어서 춥지 않게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 와이파이도 있는데 꽤나 빠르더군요. 여하튼 추천합니다.

한국인 후기가 없는것 같아서 적습니다. 역에서 가까운 곳에 위치하여 편리하고 앞에 보이는 강의 예뻐요. 물론 강이 보이는 방을 잡아야 보이지만요. 관리인은 영어와 일본어만 가능합니다. 매우 친절하고 주위에 위치한 100엔샵, 슈퍼마켓, 가장 가까운 역 등 숙박하면서 꼭 필요한 정보를 지도를 통해 자세히 알려줍니다. 와이파이도 빵빵하게 잘 터지고요. 가격도 저렴합니다. 화장실이 매우 작지만 감안할 수 있을 정도에요. 방도 매우 조용하고 깨끗해요. 추천합니다.

Menos cobrate te lo tienes que hacer tu todo,pero el precio no esta mal para lo caro que es Tokio.Si vas de mochilero no es mal sitio para vivir,busca un Youht hostel mas centrico,esta un poco muy apartado,chupas metro a block.

Was here with a friend during Christmas and New years 2012-2013. The hotel manager is super nice and for this kind of sightseeing vacation, this is a hotel I would stay at many more times. Good neighborhood with walking distance to alot of nice areas, water close walks, restaurants and pubs.

This place is not a hotel but a weekly mansion (apartment hotel): no room cleaning service during the stay but you can change the sheet yourshelf (there were clean sheets available for changing in 3rd floor). In the room there was a fridge and microwave oven. Also there was a possibility to use laundry machines in 3rd floor for free. Otherwise the stay […] was really good but the beds had a grid base which was quite uncomfortable. The location was ok, less than 10 min walk from the closest metro station. Tres bien situe car proche de 3 stations de metro. Le gerant est extremement gentil et disponible. Tres pratique avec son frigo, et plaques electriques. les machines a laver le linge et sechantes sont gratuites ainsi que la lessive. Les lits sont confortables.Je recommande cette location.
