The hotel location is great, near shopping, LRT and walkable distance to Rizal Park and Intrafamos. Room is good value for the money. Staff are friendly.

Overall it was a solid "ok"... the location is good for most of the amenities nearby, mall, casino, food and beverage, bars etc... the room was an average room with a rather loud AC machine blowing towards the bed at night which i covered up with the curtain and turned down to quiet. I needed money exchanged and so the front desk told security to escort […] me to the money changer not 25 meters away. I needed a sim card for my phone and so some randon guy outside that new the security took me to the mall which is about a 1-2 minute walk across the road and to the exact booth that would help me. I gave him 200 pesos for his troubles as he stayed with me the entire time (not that i needed it as it is a reasonably busy / safe area none more dangerous than any other place in the world)... We booked for 2 days but came 1 day early.The staff gave me several options.I then booked 1day of deluxe and they gave me deluxe the other 2 days. I was able to stay in the same room all 3 days. I have always stayed in this hotel since 2005 and they always have superb services. I just hope that they'll offer free wi-fi services ( at the moment they only offer 30 mins free wi-fi) so customers who need to be constanly connected to the internet doesn't need to go out, look for an internet cafe who offers cheaper internet connection services. Worth it for the rate and in close proximity to the mall, clubs, and restaurants. The housekeeping and security staff is very nice but the reception/ front desk ladies could care less for their customers,not helpful, and made me feel very uncomfortable.

The staff are courteous and attended to my needs in an expeditious manner. Otherwise, the hotel itself is a 2-3 star (no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no footwear, the linen and towels are old - meaning they're no longer white in color (they're dirty white).

I was very impressed with the service at this hotel. I would stay there again. The reception put me on the 2nd floor by the compressor on my 1st stay. At my 3rd stay the girl wanted to put me there again and I had paid a higher price so I refused. Another time I was booked in and the girl said they were booked out. Later she found me a room after a lot of hassle.

When I checked in, they could not find my reservation and were going to charge my credit card. It was not until I insisted that they re-check for me that they finally found my pre-paid reservation the next morning. 移動などを考えたとき、非常に立地が最高。ただホテルの前が渋滞のポイントのため、少々クラクション等の騒音が気になりますが、それを差し引いても立地環境は抜群です。

立地良く、価格が手頃なのでマニラ滞在時の常宿にしています。以前はホテル前にいろいろな物売りがたくさんいて煩わしかったのですがホテル側で排除したのか、最近はいなくなりました。　設備が古く、エアコンの音が気になる方はゆっくり眠れないかもしれませんので要注意です。

エレベーターが１基しか無く、従業員も利用するので煩雑さを感じます。窓に直結のエアコンの音ですが、慣れれば気にならないと思いますが、気にされる方は眠りにくいかと思います。ゆっくりくつろぐには不向きですが立地が良いのでアクティブに過ごされるには良いかと思います。

建物は、古いです。鍵はカードキーですが電源はいつでもONです。 部屋にホットはありません。暑いお湯は一階のレストランでもらえます。Wifiは部屋では30分のみ。フロントはいつでも可能です。まぁまぁの早さです。デポジットを1000P取られます。ミニバーで飲んでもいないコーラ代取られそうになりました。（聞きもしないでデポジットから惹かれておりました。）場所はロビンソンの斜め前でよいので値段さえ安ければよいのですがね

ホテルの利便性がよく、価格が安い割には綺麗だと思いますが、シャワーのお湯が出ない等メンテナンス面では良くなかったですね・・・勿論全部の部屋がそうではないと思いますので総合的には価格と見合わせれば良いと思います。

ロビンソンスクエアに近く、周りにレストランやＫＴＶも多いので、徒歩でショッピング・食事・カラオケ等が楽しめます。でも、夕方から夜にかけて近所の路上で子供に小銭をせびられるのが難点です。ホテルのスタッフはよく教育されているのか皆会うと挨拶してくれました。また、チェックアウト後も厭な顔せず荷物を預かってくれました。 清潔で料金が手頃な点も気に入っており、よく利用させていただいています。チェックイン時のデポジットはP1000です。

ホテル自体が古く、バスタブも付いていない。 たまたま角部屋で２面に窓があって良かった。 セキュリティー面では最低限は見てくれているので、少々安心できた。 部屋にセフティーボックスが付いていないので、 いちいちフロントまで行かなければならず不便だった。 朝食も付いていないプランだったが、これは逆に近くのロビンソンで おいしい物を好きな時間に食べられたので良かった。 シャワー室の窓が壊れていて、エアコンがそこから抜けてしまうし、 外のうるさい音（夕方から始まる生バンドや車の騒音）が筒抜けだった。 古い建物で仕方がないのかもしれないが、もう少しメンテナンスが必要だ。

チェックアウト時、「灰皿が無い」と言われ、子供が触らないようTVの裏に置いたのをわからなかったようで、また最初から補充されていなかったミネラルウォーターの請求をされかかった。どちらもしっかり仕事がされていればなかったこと。それらの確認でチェックアウトに３０分以上も待たされた。

立地は凄くよく、マニラのロビンソンデパートの目の前です。 周辺にセブンイレブンやマネーチェンジャーなどもあり便利なホテルです。 もう少しキレイだと快適なのでしょうが価格なりという事です。

立地はいろいろ便利ですが、部屋のメンテナンス・清潔さはいまひとつです。窓ガラスに手あとがいくつも残っていたり、エアコンのルーバーが壊れて風向きの調整ができなかったり、キャビネットのノブがとれていたり　です。部屋によりけりの場合もありますが、バラツキがないようにしていただきたいです。

セーフティーボックスが予約時有りになっていますが、宿泊の部屋にありませんでした。シャワーの水量も少なくとても不便でした。ショッピングセンターが近くにあり買い物には便利です。

とにかくこのホテルはエルミタのロビンソンまで1分という立地が最大のポイント　　部屋もきれいなんだけど　このクラスのホテルは室内に金庫が無いので大幅減点になってしまう。　これさえあれば満点です。
