The Sandalwood - Blackpool

Very helpful owners. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Rooms basic but clean and tidy.Perfect for our requirements.

The stay at The Sandalwood was a pleasant surprise, and I am sure to visit again. It was close enough to the Blackpool town centre and a pleasant walk along the water. Margaret and Pete were very attentive to our few needs and the breakfast was cooked to order. No complaints at all.

Clean well run B+B close to a range of local amenities and transport links. Hosts very nice, friendly and helpful. Glimpse of the sea and Prom from room. Room very compact with only enough room for one stool and not enough space to pass each other, so spent all time getting dressed etc. with one or the other sitting on the bed waiting for their turn […] to use the floor space available. This is due, it would seem, because room had been converted to an ensuite? Would not have liked to spend more than 2 nights in this room, as nowhere to sit and relax other than the bed. Breakfast excellent quality and ample for even the largest appetite. About half an hours walk from the Tower but very quiet at night, so a good place to get a good nights sleep. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were made most welcome .The room and bathroom were spotless,and the breakfast was Delicious.Hopefully we will go again sometime in the future. Having a folder in the room showing things to do was a nice touch. Thank you for making our brief stay in Blackpool a pleasant one.

we found the owners very friendly a little awkward parking but it is mid summer sort of and a bit of a trek in to town but it was nice

Peter and Margaret could not do too much for us, even to the extent of printing out the Order of play for the Open golf we had come to visit. Good breakfasts were served; local knowledge brought to bear to try to get us a decent meal in Blackpool and they were there to pour us a night cap when we got back. We shall return.

A very welcoming hotel. I had the chance to move into the Hilton Hotel (which is virtually next door) a few days into my stay as the room a friend of mine had booked and paid for wasn't being used... but I chose to remain at Sandlewood. Unlike the Hilton itt had Wifi available in my comfortable clean room, an excellent breakfast and very pleasant and […] personable owners.
