Hotel staff very arrogant. The room had a strange odor, but nothing pungent. The room was clean, and quiet. We were on the 2nd floor, and didn't hear any noises from overhead. Overall, just fine for an overnight stay.

The hotel is very nice, as is the staff. I didn't use the hotel restaurant, so I am not sure about that. I'd stay there again no doubt.

Unfortunately, I arrived in Abu Dhabi very sick. Luckily, this hotel is very nice and being stuck inside for two days was ok. The staff was very nice. The internet connection was great. I didn't try the room service, but this is a great hotel and in a pretty convenient area.

I wasn't told about the parking situation and got a 200 AED parking ticket. They were not willing to compensate me for it, saying that I should have realized that I couldn't park for free......that was poor customer service and ruined my stay there....the hotel itself was a great bargain and in a very convenient location for shopping and going to local […] restaurants. The location and the Hotel service is excellent.

Overall this hotel is good , it is convenient and lacks nothing except having internet in rooms . It is near to a Mall where you can find a supermarket and some restaurants , it is also near to Zayed Street and most of the business Area , the rate is acceptable , they need to add some facilities and provide better Bed and Breakfast rates Good staff […] in general , the girls at the small coffee corner in the G floor are very cooperative , i wanted to have english cakes and they worked to provide อ่านเพิ่มเติม

It's suitable for family retreat with spacious bedroom and a thrown stone to Madynat Zayed Shopping Mall

Booked last minute for one night. Good location, room and great value. Very slow check in. Standard check out good at 2pm but they wanted 50% of daily rate to check out just 4 hours later. Locked me out of room and slow check out.

Yllättäen JO MAKSETUN huoneen saamiseksi vaadittiin huomattavaa summaa deposittia KÄTEISENÄ. Kun en halunnut/omannut/tarvinnut paikallista käteistä (TRANSIT) he ottivat passini vastineeksi joka puolestaan hankaloitti muuta asiointiani kaupungissa. Hotellet ligger utanför Dubai, vilket gör att man betalar 40kr extra varje gång man åker till och från Dubai med taxi. Alltså 80SEK extra för en dag i Dubai. Jacuzzien fungerade inte, Saunan fungerade heller inte och massagen jag tog var dålig (han kunde inte massera!) Staden Sharjah erbjuder i princip ingenting förutom hyra av vattenscootrar.
