We very much enjoyed every part of our stay at the Radisson Blue Aqua, from the room itself to the wonderful staff, everything was outstanding.

Hotel was in a great location - 2 blocks from Millennium Park and a short walk to the shops on Michigan Avenue. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. I would stay there again.

Really nice hotel. Very accommodating staff. They need a sign out front to identify the entrance. It's hard to find.

Basically condo's converted to a hotel. Clean room but tiny. Towels not provided in the locker room or fitness center which is something even a comfort inn provides. Pool and fitness center on different floors, slow, confusing elevator system. Ok hotel for kids maybe, but over priced by about $125 a night.

I stay in Hotels all over North America. This is by far the best hotel ever. The hotel staff was perfect. I would have taken any one of them home to my business and given them a job. Our stay was great. First time visitors to Chicago. The concierge desk was very helpful with booking tours. Cabs were always available. Room was clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly, especially in the restaurant!

The service was fantastic and the location couldn't have been better. Just a few block north of millenium park. The hotel was beautiful and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is I didn't upgrade to a room with a balcony.

My wife and I stayed for four nights just enjoying Chicago for sometime together. The Aqua Blue is a great hotel with everything wanted downtown. The staff was great and really made our stay outstanding. We had a view of the park and took advantage of the full gym everyday. The decor was great. The room was perfect. The service was friendly and top rate. We had dinner at Filini's in the hotel, and that too was first rate. A great getaway.

This was the first time that I didn't bring shampoo and other toiletries and this, of course, the first time that the hotel didnt leave any toiletries in the room! I couldn't find the ice bucket. And then the ice machine didnt even work. I had to go to another floor for it.

Beautiful building inside and out. Service was excellent from curbside greeting straight thru checkout. Location is beautiful, but requires local knowledge or detailed directions to not get lost on lower Wacker drive. Over night Valet parking is excessively overpriced. Hotel was beautiful. Checked In a little early after our drive up from Ohio. As we're unpacking I open a drawer and notice a pair of women's underwear. I jokingly ask whose are these. The look I got was priceless. I then became disgusted because they'd belonged to a previous guest I presume. I call guest services she says she'll assist with getting […] me into another room. We went from the 15th floor to the 8th floor. Same room less appealing view. I was told because I had checked in early this was the only kind of room I can get or wait until 3pm and see who checks out. Really think I should have been upgraded or given a full refund or some type of compensation. Overall the hotel was beautiful loved the shower. Staff was awesome. Our concierge Leo was very helpful. I have had the opportunity to stay many hotels in downtown Chicago and I must say this Hotel takes the cake. Supreme service, clean, and very nice rooms. Love the gym too. I will definitely return. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Overall very nice, clean, and cool hotel. The gym is great - with weights, plenty of treadmills/cardio equipment, and a half basketball court. Room service was just ok (as expected), but fast. Decor is modern, new, and maintained in excellent condition. Very friedly staff. The best part for me is a full 25 yard indoor lap pool that was fabulous, in additon a very clean and centrally located hotel.
