Forward Hotel Taipei - ไทเป

It's very good: 1) the MRT is just around the corner of "song jiang nan jing" station, 2) very new; 3) free wifi, 4) breakfast is ok, 5) quiet place and comfortable, 6) service is very good with hospitality. 7) have gym, 8) on 3 minutes walk outside the EVA AIRLINE HOTEL, there is direct shuttle bus to the airport <45 mins for TWD150 only. 9) it's located […] in center of Taipei, so it just take a few MRT stops ride to rest of Taipei. 10) good price. The only down sides are that a) room very small, b) there is no shopping area / tourist spots nearby, you have to go to other place for food / tourist visit. We stayed at the Forward hotel in Feb 2012 for 4 nights. The booking form indicated "With Balcony", but we were not given a room with balcony. There wasn't any explanation given either. For the first few nights, we practically froze in the room as there were no heater available and the room temperature dipped to 15 Degrees Celsius. No amount of tweaking […] of the temperature function of the room is able to help. We checked with the front desk and was informed that the heater function does not work and they do not allow room change. The best that they can offer is to give us a thicker blanket. There was no offer to check the room whether the air-conditioning is functioning correctly even when I emphasized that the room is freezing. It was until the last night when the weather turned warmer, we are able to sleep better. I have approached the front desk on several occasions to ask for help/directions, the response given was condescending and mediocre at best. Except for 1 female staff (I have forgotten to ask for her name) who was very helpful and polite but unfortunately I was only able to talk to her on one occasion to check on transportation to the airport. I would only recommend this hotel if you are looking for accommodation with no service required (i.e. you have already gathered your information elsewhere) and of course during a season that is not so cold since there is no heater available. It's locate in a very convenient location of Taipei city, you can walk to MRT station less than 1 minute, the severe & front desk are helpful and friendly. The compomentry Buffett style breakfast are delicious with many selections However, the hotel itself isn't clean enough, I actually stay for 10 days and I have to change room for 4 times due to 1. […] The smell of the room 2. The noise of the air condition I choice this hotel because of the location and the price is fair,And there is airport bus stop in one block away. Hotel looks very new, well maintained and quite clean. Fantastic location, only 5 min walk to Songjian nanjing MRT station, with 7-11 next door. Located in a quiet street in the middle of city. The only minor annoyance is the room smelt of strong cigarette smell eventhough I requested for non-smoking room. Hotel is located just 2-3 minutes from MRT Stn, with convenient store just next to it. Hotel staff are friendly and breakfast is decent. Room is clean and modern with free wifi in the room. However, room is quite small and not enough hanger.

捷運南京松江站, 三號出口行一分鐘就到! 雖然橙色線不是捷運主線, 等車時間比較耐一點 但也勝在出口行一分鐘就到! 我們住的是CORNER ROOM (精緻房型) 比起最低級的ELITE ROOM (基本房)高一級, 房間寬敞一些, 有空間打開2個行李箱也不覺擠迫. 2隻大窗通光充足. 房間以白色為主, 清新醒神. 經過同層其他客房, 其實有綠色為主色, 也有紅的, 比較有壓迫感, 不大舒服. 希望酒店方面可以留意一下. 可惜的是, CORNER ROOM在HOTEL.COM介紹是有露台的, 但事實每層CORNER ROOM只有一間有露台, 且是先到先得, 有廣告失實之嫌. (只有CORNER SUITE才*一定*有露台) 浴室配備齊全是另一亮點, 有蒸氣間+淋浴間, 也有浴缸. 馬桶也有電子沖洗功能! […] CORNER ROOM的浴間間隔亦比ELITE大. 另一貼心的地方是, 因為我們沒有掛"請收拾房間" / "請勿打擾" 的牌子, 而我們過了12點還未出門口, 櫃台小姐打了電話上來問一問我們需不需要打掃, 十分細心. 總結如果不是住ELITE, 個人十分推薦這酒店 อ่านเพิ่มเติม
