"Close to venue we were attending"

Service, check in, and the room were all great. The only downside was they were having an event on the second floor, and we were touring the hotel but since I'm 25 and look young the guy tried to kick us off the floor. "Great Stay"
As with all Hotels.com reservation, we got stuck at the very end of a hall where they were using down fans to dry carpet after an ice machine leak but other than that, the service was perfect. "great place to stay!!"
The hotel staff were very friendly! The view was amazing from our room and the room was really nice. I loved the pool area and wish we had stayed another night to just enjoy that aspect! Now I would suggest bringing your own beverages because they were pretty pricey. We ordered breakfast from room services and it was very good but again we definitely […] paid for it. "In love with this hotel!"
I booked the weekend as a surprise birthday gift for my husband. As we checked in I mentioned it was his birthday and later that evening they had sent up a card and a piece of scrumptious cake. From the floor to ceiling windows with the city view to the oh so comfortable bed and the tv in the mirror in the bathroom our room couldn't have gotten any […] better! We ordered room service a few times and it was delicious! Outside of the room, there is a tie between the Owner's Box sports bar and the pool area and bar as our favorite amenity. "Perfect for a convention stay"
The hotel is right next to the Dallas Convention Center. Since Dallas is quite spread out and the convention center itself is extremely large, if you are coming for a convention, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, as a stay at this hotel will save you a lot of walking. It is connected to the convention center, and some of our conference events were […] in the hotel, which has a number of ballrooms and meeting rooms. The room was really nice and modern, with a clock radio with an iPod dock, a flat screen TV that was inside a mirrored case, so could be hidden, and a TV built into the mirror in the bathroom (very high tech! I'd never seen that before!). The room had a fantastic view of the Dallas skyline, which is very pretty at night. You can get free internet and coffee/tea if you sign up for the hotel's loyalty program. The only complaint I had was about service - my room didn't have an iron, and I had to call twice before they brought one. Other than that, the stay was perfect. My wife started having back pair about 10,00 pm and we failed to take any pain medication.. Your gift shop was closed and ther was nothing available. OUR STAY WAS ONE THAT WE CAN REMEMBER. WE WALKED AROUND THE OMNI AND THE VIEWS WERE AWESOME. THE POOL AREA, THE BANQUET HALLS ON THE 5TH FLOOR, AND THE SKYLINE OF DALLAS ARE ALL AREAS THAT EVERYONE MUST SEE.
