BEST WESTERN PLUS MYRTLE BEACH - ไมร์เทิลบีช

My wife and I booked this hotel so I could work & she could enjoy the beach with her family. The wi-fi was so spotty that it was very difficult to work at this hotel. I actually ended up at the McDonald's near by to get a reliable wi-fi connection. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, comfortable & convenient. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Rank and dank. Dirty pool, smelly un-air condtioned halls.

This hotel was just great. Our room was fresh and clean with all new looking linens, carpet and curtains. Even the toiletries were from Bath & Body Works. The smiling staff was very helpful and guided us to a terrific public beach access area that had 3 free parking spaces! Breakfast tasted good and was well tended by staff. This hotel is right at the […] beginning of Restaurant Row and was just a few minutes drive to either the beach or to Barefoot Landing. The pool out back was small, but sufficient. One day we had to ask for extra towels, but overall we had an excellent stay and will consider staying here again. I was very pleased with my stay. I had stayed once before and was satisfied then as well. The online reviews were not positive but I found them to be very unfounded...they were from before the renovation. I would highly recommend them and will stay again. My husband and I stayed here and were happily surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. The front desk attendent was friendly and after check in asked us how our room was. The breakfast was extensive with waffles and even eggs and sausage. I would recommend this hotel.

On the first night of my stay around 2:40 a. m. , I was awaken by a large bug crawling on me in the bed. My husband ran the bug down and killed it. He notified the front desk and was told they will log it down for the first shift. The next morning we went down to the front desk with the dead bug. The lady at the front desk said she was aware it had […] been logged. We went out for the day and when we arrived back to the room we saw another large bug crawling on the floor. We called the front desk again and a young man came up and ran it down behind the the television. The bug jumped and the young man hollered. I told him I would not stay in that room another night. We were moved to a room across the hall. We were sitting on the bed watching television and to our surprise another large bug came out behind the baseboard on the wall and ran behind or into the air condition unit. We had enough by this time. We packed our belongings and called the front desk and notified them that we were moving out. We went down to the front desk and asked the young man to call another hotel to see if there were any vacancies. We found one and had a good night sleep. Wow, I was just blowen away by the service and and the room it self. And the fact that it was so easy to book the room, made our stay even more perfect! Thank you all for taking a part in what was a great holiday stay for us.
