Tuk-Tuk service provided by the hotel was not available on sunday 29th/Apr due to break-down of both vehicles. Hotel should have chartered one from elswhere to continue provide such service. No newspaper, envelope, cotton bud provided in room which expected from such a hotel although quality of service was very good.

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of it all: close to all the bars and restaurants, as well as the red light district (by night). Bars along the whole street, especially fun on weekends. Very convenient back to hotel once if you get drunk!! Great!! Hotel itself still in good conditions, price resonable as a starwood hotel.

This hotel is located on Sukhumvit which makes it easy to find foods and shopping. It has a pretty decent pool and hotel staff are quite helpful. Only con is the room we stayed in was on the smaller size. I'm not sure if all their rooms are this small but the one we stayed at on the 11th floor was small. the only problem with our stay was the hotel shuttle, we stayed there for 3 nights and it was out of service for twice, specially when we left the hotel with the heavy baggage which we needed to carry all the baggages and walk to the BTS station. 全新的酒店，酒店前台和BELLBOY都很热情，房间很干净，洗手间很大，床也很舒服。房间不大，放了2个行李箱，走起路来都要小心翼翼的。而且第二天发生了小意外，早上火警铃误报，害我们衣冠不整的从18楼跑楼梯跑到大堂，狼狈不堪。希望以后不要再发生了！

車站至飯店走路5~10分鐘，由於是夜生活躍晚上一個人走算安全。知名夜店就在對面及附近，玩累了走幾步路就可回飯店休息。
