Hostal Regio - มาดริด

The hostal was everything I was looking for---good price, great location, clean room, helpful staff. The airport transfer that they arranged for me so I wouldn't have to hassle with my 3 bags on the subway during rush hour was prompt and reasonably priced.

The hotel was easy to find and very accessible to and from the subway from the airport. Jose is a gem and very friendly, courteous, helpful, and above and beyond the usual hotel clerk. The hostal is very well located. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Our room was a bit on the small side for a double but really good. Would stay again.

Everything was fine but my small room DIDN'T have a window and lounge area also was windowless ! So strange !Both receptionist Josef and David are really helpfull and professional. I spent 2 nights in November 2012 and however is dark very quick, I felt quit safe in this hotel and in surrounding area.

Rooms are tiny but very clean. Location is fantastic. We had a scarey medical situation and as none of the staff spoke English this made things very difficult. Apart from that the staff are very nice and the hotel clean and centrally located

Excellent. Perfect location: walk to historic area and Metro. New and clean. Even though it is hostal, you have your own bath and toilet. You should leave room key when you leave. You can come back any time. They change sheets and towels. Bring your own shampoo and soap. TV with remote. small balcony. They set temperature and they ask you not to change […] the setting. The hotel was easy to find and is close to most of the places one would visit in a trip to Madrid. It is a bit odd in that it occupies the third floor of a large building with another hotel two floors below. Staff were helpful and our stay was a good one. The hotel was great, clean, nice location etc. At least our room had quite thin walls and corridor noise was little too much noticeable in the room. It didn't bother us very much, but in few moments it disturbed. Otherwise very satisfied with the stay.

El hotel queda en el tercer piso y no caben más de 3 personas en el asensor antiguo o dos con maleta. La pieza para cuatro era pequeñisima y las maletas no cabian, asi que las metimos bajo las camas!! Es limpio y nos atendieron bien. Muy servicial el recepcionista. La ubicacion es muy buena, en pleno centro y con buena locomocion. Sin desayuno

a fachada do predio assusta um pouco e o beco onde ele fica tambem, mas vale a pena, é proximo do metro e dos principais pontos da cidade, o quarto é uma gracinha, com banheiro moderno e bem limpo e tem ar, aquecedor e tv. a estrutura é excelente ficaria lá novamente!!!!

È molto carino,il servizio è ottimo ed il personale cordiale e disponibile. La posizione in cui si trova è ideale per poter raggiungere anche a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse della città.

petite chambre pour 4 personne (pas beaucoup de place pour y circuler !)mais propre et très central. en fait il s'agit d'une pension située au troisième étage d'un immeuble.
