It was really comfortable and the staffs were very nice and friendly. Vey convenience as it's located within the mall.

Free internet only works for Apple products, not for window based. TV remote was inoperative. I asked at front desk for replacement. I never received it. No windows in the room and only a clock on the wall that did not work.

This is a new hotel and still under a little renovation still. The location is fantastic being located right in Jungceylon. The staff were very helpful and the free internet was excellent. I had a few problems with the wifi, so they gave me a cable to connect and that was perfect and very fast. The room was nice, modern and clean. The only downsides, […] is more insulation is needed between the walls and you could hear music thumping through the night if you are staying on the front side facing the shops, through the windows. The Pimnara is a new, comfortable boutique hotel that is located in Patong's excellent Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and all mod cons are available. The hotel is a little bit pricey for Patong, but reasonable value in my opinion.

就在江西冷购物中心里面，超级方便，我们去普吉的第一天没有安排活动，为的是熟悉一下周围环境，第一天就是入住的这家酒店，在江西冷买东西送回去好多趟，太近了，很适合有购物需要的时候入住，而且酒店布置的很有现代感，干净整洁，很喜欢。

Hotellet har ikke balkong eller svømmebasseng. Rommene er bra, men noe lytt mellom veggene. Spesielt irriterende dersom naboen har nachspiel utover natta. Hotellet ligger inne på kjøpesenteret. Perfekt dersom du bare skal være noen dager

很好的酒店，酒店就在购物中心，不远就是海滩以及酒吧街，很方便。晚上睡觉也很安静，一点不吵，总之，很满意。。。

酒店就在江西冷，打车或者tutu说到江西冷就ok了。房间类似国内桔子酒店的想法，但是装修标准不如桔子。住的靠江西冷购物街的房间，夜里时候会有个大屏幕播放酒吧一样的播放迪曲，有点儿吵。

Dette er et hotell som ligger helt i sentrum for begivenhetene i Phuket - badeliv og kveldsaktiviteter. Det første rommet vi hadde var preget av stor lydgjennomgang mellom to naborom som var forbundet med airconditionanlegget. Vi fikk lydmessig delta på alle aktiviteter i naborommet. Da vi etter 5 netter fikk nytt oppgradert rom (uten kostnad for oss) […] var dette løst. Anbefaler derfor ikke de billigste rommene. En betjening fra resepsjon til renhold ga en helt utmerket service. Hotellet egner seg ikke for barnefamilier. Begrenset TV-muligheter ut fra kanalvalgsmuligheter. 宿泊した部屋には窓がありませんでした。なのでなんとなく息苦しい感じがしました。 部屋は清潔で使い勝手も良く、アメニティもひととおりそろっています。 ただ、建物の構造上だと思いますが、エアコンの効きが悪かったです。 また、なぜかｗｉｆｉがつながりませんでした。 立地はジャンクセイロンの中なので、ショッピングや食事には困りません。逆にビーチ方面のお店に行くのが面倒になってしまい、なんでもジャンクセイロンで済ませてしまいました。 リゾートらしさは皆無ですので、タイリゾートを少しでも求める方には不向きです。 私はこの部屋の中にいると、なんとなくテンションが下がってしまいました。

The people are very nice and the cleaning ladies very good, however i still think the price is too much for the rooms. They said there is roomservice but there wasnt any, however, since its inside a mall, they told a restaurant to come with their menu. They are very helpful in the reception :) the rooms are very clean and all, but the coridoors ar very […] bad, they havent taken care of it as well as the rooms. There is a weird smell in the rooms and hotel but they say its the paint cause they are still new. I would recommend this hotel still cause they speak good englush, its clean and its in the best area you could be. Tip: if you want tours, just on the right side of the hotel entrance is a tour office with a wonderful girl who will heartfully help u find and make your holiday wonderful. Luci ed ombre.. Hotel appena ristrutturato , posizione centralissima (un po' rumorosa), personale cortese ed attento, ipad a disposizione nelle hall.. Camere senza finestra o con finestra bloccata. 정실론 내에 위치해서 이동이 편하고 찾기 쉬움. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 단정한 느낌. 직원들도 친절해서 편안하게 이용가능. 한가지 단점은 푸켓에 위치하고 있지만, 수영장이나 부대시설이 없어서 휴양을 즐기기엔 좀 아쉬운 점이 있으나 현지투어 이용시에 숙소로 이용하며 투어 끝나고 바통비치 인근을 구경하기엔 좋음.
