Positive: the hotel isn' t big so there are not so many people around pool and on the beach. The beach is fabulous. It's really suitable for swimming apart from Karon where are always high waves and current rips which makes it quite dangerous to swim especially for families with children. Rooms are always well cleaned, every evening there is a compliment […] from hotel: sweets, cookies or fruit. The pool is also big and clean. Great breakfast: various choice if European & Thai food. Prices for dinner menu in restaurant are ~1200 - 1500 BHT per main course dish which is ratther high compare to what you pay in most of Phuket restaurants. The atmosphere in thevhotel and on it's territory is very relaxed. Only if you wish to go somewhere else you should better rent a car since round trip to the nearest place with some activity going on is~2800BHT by taxi. There is a daily shuttle to the nearest village where you can only go to a small supermarket or buy some fruit. Though it's possible to book different tours from the hotel such as a day trip to islands or rafting or elephant tracking. So if you wish to stay in ecological surrounding away from tourist crowds, streets with traffic, street sellers and ejoy great beach and calm ocean this is the place to stay. Nice place, great beach, very quiet. Superb rooms, perfect service. Be aware that the hotel is a bit isolated. 500m away on the beach small restaurant with very good food.

Loved the hotel had a garden terrace room which was fantastic the pool area was really lovely and the beach like in paradise!!! This was a truly exceptional hotel and stay. The hotel is exquisite, with gorgeous grounds, stunning common areas, awesome beach and pool areas with outstanding lounging options, stellar amenities including great gym/sauna/steam room facilities, and luxurious and ultra-comfortable rooms. This is definitely a 5-star hotel, the first that claimed to be […] one that we fully agree with. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and lots of variety. The service was impeccable -- they couldn't do enough for you and they did everything in the friendliest and most sincere manner possible. We felt coddled the entire stay. We loved our room, all of the grounds and facilities, and the staff. All this said, this resort is remote and there’s nothing anywhere close to walk to, except maybe other resorts some distance away. The town is around 5km from the hotel and the hotel runs a daily afternoon shuttle there, where there is a grocery store and a great street market with excellent food. Outside the shuttle, you'll need a taxi or car to go anywhere from the hotel. In town there are no dive, snorkel, or tour shops, so you'll need to make any excursion arrangements ahead of time. We were fortunate to be referred to the Thap Lamu Pier around 40 minutes north, where we were able to make arrangements. What a perfect hotel, only 56 rooms, 2 great restaurants and we went late in the season with only 26 rooms taken!! We had a suite with plunge pool, amazing however a waste as we had the main complex pool to ourselves!! We only saw 6 people in the time we were there. Service was impeccable however this may have been as we were the only real customers […] about. In saying that from the moment of check in to the moment of departure we were treated as kings, amazing place and very quiet. We have done three weeks around Thailand and would say this was the best hotel even better than the Indego Pearl in Phuket however if you want more going on and don't want to be subject to only the hotel you will need to go somewhere else, this is for a private romantic quiet stay using the hotel facilities, if you want lots of choice it's not for you!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Beautiful hotel on the beach, lovely staff, only one complaint, reception staff not very good at giving advice on where to go, how to get there etc. Also our booking through Expedia was really smooth but transfers not included and quite expensive and a 14 hour wait on flight home, but really a lovely holiday thanks!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Maikhao Natai resort. If you are looking for a relaxing, high end resort on the beach, this is the place for you. It is far from anything else, which was exactly what I wanted and is right on the beach - no other resorts nearby so you pretty much have the whole beach to yourself. I took a 1hr walk and saw only 1 other […] person. The pool is great, gym is well equipped and evenings are very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The resort is well planned and relatively small so no issues with too many people or finding someone to lay out under the sun. Breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner also great & right on the beach. Room was beautiful and with fresh fruit and nice ammenities. I went alone for 2 nights of chilling out and was very glad i chose to stay here. If you want to save a buck on transport, take a metered taxi (30 mins). Otherwise you will be paying ~1.5k Bhat with a private car which is a nice option also. It is a peaceful retreat. The beaches are quiet and deserted and the resort is very comfortable. If you are looking for a tranquil place to get away from the hustle and bustle this is it. But there […] is only one restaurant outside near the resort on the beach within walking distance. It is a small seafood restaurant which has excellent and reasonably priced meals. far 20 km from Phuket Airport in the opposite way of the town it is situated in a very quite area, the hotel is pleasant architecture mixing traditional elements and modern structure. The hotel, as I have rated, is top notch in room quality, and cleanliness. Interior design was apparently a top priority as it truly is one of the best rooms I have stayed in a beach resort. Service was Good. English is a challenge for most, so some problems there around communicating needs -a cancelled excursion didn't get cancelled, a taxi wasn't […] reserved upon check out back to airport. You have to double and triple check arrangements. One issue was that one of my watches went "missing". This was one of my favorites. I can't prove theft, but I'm sure that is what happened, as I have never in my life just "lost" a watch... Especially in a confined space like a hotel room. Restaurants are just fair and staff doesn't seem to practice good "serve safe" procedures against cros-contamination of foods at their "cook-out" buffets. It makes me think that bad food handling practices happen behind the scenes too. There is however a smalll outdoor Thai restaurant just about 5 minutes down the beach. The final thing is the remoteness. Not a hotel around you. It's prime real estate for development, but unless you are looking for a romantic get away, or a family get away, I would think twice. Transportation is not quick and easy to get if you wanted to do a trip into Phuket or other nearby. The only thing to complain is that it´s one hour taxi to Patong Beach or Phuket city. But the hotel is lovely and his staff is so friendly that is hard to forget.

Il n'y a rien à côté, sauf un restaurant thai et un lieu de massage en allant à droite pendant 5-10 min sur la plage qui est très bon et pas cher. Il y a une navette tout les jours qui peut vous emmener à 16:00 et revient vous chercher à 17:30 au centre ville le plus proche avec un supermarché tesco et un marche locale le samedi et le lundi. Sinon l'hôtel […] en lui même possède une belle piscine, l'hôtel donne directement sur la plage et la mer. Offre des services de transport depuis et jusqu'à l'aéroport à différent prix. Nous avons pris une chambre avec piscine privée, la chambre est humide, la piscine un peu petite et je la trouve bizarrement faite, mais elle est très agréable pour un bain du soir. Les restaurants et massage/Spa de l'hôtel sont cher. Le restaurant thaï de l'hôtel est bon mais cher , le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant intnatinal est simple et correct sans plus. Very Gorgeos Hotel and satisfied with everything in consideration of price. It must be a bit expensive as a regular stay for bussiness, but it must be very nice for private holiday. One thing my regret was by bussiness trip.

Erittäin rauhallinen hotelli, kaukana kaikesta. Kauniit ja hodetut puitteet. Hyvä ruoka, runsas ja monipuolinen aamupala. Arjen voi unohtaa ja levätä. Palvelut pelasivat hyvin.

Was fuer ein Top Hotel !!!!!! Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer, was man wirklich nicht Standard beurteilen kann. Das Zimmer ist riesig, Top ausgestattet mit dem feinsten vom feinsten. Die Poolanlage ist super, der Service in allen bereichen ist ausnahmslos perfekt. Eines der besten 5* Hotels die ich kenne. Fruehstuck war super, man kann direkt am Strand […] fruehstucken.Der Strand ist top, entlos lang und keine Menschenseele. Leider hat unsere Geldbeutel ein Abendessen in eines der Restaurant nicht erlaubt aber fuer ein 5* Hotel waren diese normal teuer. Zum Gluck ist etwa 500m ein sehr gutes Thai Restaurant direkt am Stand was von einem Deutschen und seiner thailaendischen Frau geleitet wird, und man isst fuer normale thailaendische Preise Leider oder zum Glueck liegt das Hotel etwas abgelegen vom Schuss aber man kann sich ein Moped mieten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Umgebung ist nicht touristisch, man kann mit dem taeglichen shuttel service zur naechst groesseren Stadt fahren und einkaufe erledigen. Das Hotel ist perfekt wenn man seine letzten Tage im Urlaub mal so richtig in ruhe geniessen will. Wir wurden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel besuchen wenn expedia wieder eine spacial rate hat. Die Spitze des Eisberges war dann das die Hotel Limo uns zum Flughafen gebracht hat, fuer fast den gleichen Preis was ein lokal Taxi verlangt hat. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

【悪かった点】 日本語の話せるスタッフがいないので、かなり苦労した。 ホテルが空港や市内まで３０分から１時間かかり、遠すぎる。 ホテルのシャトルバスがあると聞いていたが無く、ホテル間送迎はすべてタクシーでお金がかかりすぎた。 朝食つきにしたが、毎日メニューに変化がない。 スタッフごとに言っていたことが違ったりして、不安になった。 【良かった点】 スタッフが優しく、こまめに対応しようとしてくれた。 料理は美味しかった。 ホテルの壮大さと、海に面している景色は最高だった。 ホテルや部屋はメンテナンスが行き届いたイメージでした。

Lo escogimos para desconectar de todo, es un resort increíble, aunque no muy grande; lástima que lloviera. Está fuera de la provincia de Phuket, así que cualquier excursión cobraría un extra por recoger. Cerca hay el pueblo de Kho Kloi, nada interesante. Das Hotel liegt abseits vom Massentourismus an einem wirklich traumhaften und einsamen Strand. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Buchung von schönen Ausflügen. Der Service des Hotels ist erstklassig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hvis man vil slappe af er dette det helt rigtige sted - væk fra larm / shopping / biler.. Total afslagningen. Kan varmt anbefales hvis man har en stresset hverdag..
