สะดวกใกล้กับtube และมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านขายซิมการ์ดใกล้ๆด้วยคะ ห้องพักใหม่ สะอาด มีชากาแฟบริการฟรี มีพนักงานเข้าทำความสะอาดห้องและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ทุกวัน มีอาหารเช้าแต่ยังไม่เคยใช้บริการเลยเพราะไปวันแรกก็คนเยอะมาก ห้องอาหารเล็กไปหน่อยคะแออัดมาก โดยรวมดีคะปลอดภัย

"Brand new hotel with a different approach"
A really nice hotel right next to the Excel center and DLR station, easy ride into town but it takes a while. As the hotel is brand new, taxi&car drivers may not know exactly where the hotel is, but they should know where the Ramada hotel is which is next to it.

"Great hotel but disturbed by slamming doors"
Rooms in excellent condition and very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Rooms soundproofed so all the more surprising you could hear doors along the corridor slamming all the time. This was annoying when trying to rest. It spoilt what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. Good value for money though and convenient location for Excel, City Airport […] and for Stratford (Olympic village, Westfield shopping mall, etc) - just remember to bring your ear plugs. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
"Great if you are working near tower hill"
Nice and funky rooms. Liked the bathroom, very modern. There were some extremely loud people playing snooker or 8 ball downstairs so I didn't have a drink at the bar as I had thoght of. Not sure the Hotel did someting with it though, but I decided to go to the room so wasn't too bothered by the whole thing.

"Great deal for Quality meets great price"
For the price of this hotel it was wonderful quality....great beds, nice dark curtains...free wifi...huge TV...wonderful wellness area...friendly staff....train station 1 min walk....that is the only semi compromise...the distance from the town center...but London travel always takes time wherever you stay....I would definitely stay at the aloft again...just […] for the lovely hallway carpet and light design...!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Fantastic and friendly staff, lovely hotel as it's so new and VERY well located for London ExCel. Room and in room "stuff" was brilliant. Downside is that though the restaurant staff are friendly the food quality and service time is appalling. Such a let down to such a nice hotel. Very slow service infact. "Easy access to the O2"
Lovely new hotel within easy reach of the O2 arena. Modern, comfortable, clean - highly recommended.
"Good Hotel for ExCeL"
Excellent, clean, fresh and comfortable. Nice room with good services. I had a ridiculous phone call with the hotel when I called to find out when I could check in. I was told they knew I was coming but not what type of room or anything about me. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes, only to be asked to bring proof of booking. (By this time I was already […] in London and so could not.) Eventually I got a straight answer about the check-in time. Rubbish location unless you're at the ExCeL in which case it is perfect. Not many places for eating - we ended up getting the DLR / underground to Canary Wharf which was better. "great hotel, inexperienced staff"
This is a lovely hotel however it was obvious the staff were not fully up to speed with their service or manners . Initially quite difficult to find as I was driving, there are no directional signs around the Excel centre for it. On arrival there was a lengthy wait for check in with only one member of staff at the desk actually dealing with guests while […] another milled around appearing not to be doing anything. I had booked a double room but because it had been booked through this website was not guaranteed and I ended up with a twin room instead, it was lucky my partner had decided not to come with me as I had booked for two. The room itself was very comfortable, some minor niggles....no glasses so had to use paper coffee cups for drinking water but there was an ice bucket!! Also there was a recycling bin in the bedroom part which stated that general waste items should be placed in the bin in the WC area, there was no other bin in the room. During my stay i had a number of staff knock on the door mistakenly, one to deliver a pillow i hadn't asked for, one to check if the room was clean as according to them it should have been vacant and another who had simply got the wrong room. I was not told about the daily car parking fee until my third and final night. I had arrived back late to the hotel and was questioned about it in a rather rude manner by the member of staff on the front desk. This information should really be included on the Aloft website. Location wise it was well situated for either getting to the O2 or central London (as long as the DLR is working!) Overall its seems to be the staff inexperience that impacted on my stay, if that was sorted i would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
"Modern and friendly"
Modern hotel with high standard of rooms and facilities. Friendly and helpful stafff. 45-60 minutes by DLR/Tube to the city center.
"Early Teething but nice hotel"
I spent 3 nights in the new Aloft and foudn the hotel very smart, modern and well designed. We had a problem with the heating in the room and had ot move on the second day which was not overly efficient but I suspect teething problems with staff and facilities. The rooms seem very well appointed however a strnage setting where there is a full length […] frosted glass window between the shower and the bedroom meant that anyone trying to sleep whilst another was having a shower woudl have all the light coming through - looked nice during the day but not practical if only 1 person getting up at 7am. The staff were very friendly but I did get the impression not very experienced - they need some good management in customer care. I will stay again and give it another go. Great hotel for a short break. Quite a distance from central London but the easy access to Prince Albert DLR station makes travel easy. Staff at this hotel cannot do enough to make your stay more enjoyable, be it recommending local restaurants or just checking your room has been cleaned properly. "Neues Hotel nahe City Airport"
Relativ neues und sauberes Hotel ca. 20 - 30 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Hotel bietet keinen Roomservice, was nicht weiter tragisch ist. Wer ausgiebig Frühsücken will ist in diesem Hotel fehl am Platz - kein Frühstücksbüffet. Ess- und Trinkwaren können jedoch im hoteleigenen re:fuel einzeln gekauft werden.Das Hotelpersonal wirkt mitunter […] etwas unerfahren und unorganisiert. Was aus meiner Sicht gar nicht geht sind Mitarbeiter die weder grüssen noch danke sagen können. Ausserdem finde ich Plastikbesteck in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie als ein no-go. "Når du skal på messe"
Et nytt og meget bra hotell, ypperlig når du skal besøke ExCel Exhibition. LIgger vegg i vegg med utstillingshallen. Prince Regent togstasjon også vegg i vegg. Området har ellers lite annet å by på, og det er for langt inn til sentrum om formål med turen er besøk i London sentrum.
"Nær O2 og excel"
Mr.Bence i resepsjonen var fantastisk hjelpsom mot meg som kom reisende alene på krykker. Svømmehall og saunaen var deilig og ble benyttet hver dag. Kort vei til toget.
"Hotel Aloft em Londres"
Recomendo o hotel por sua localização proxima a estação de metrô de prince regent, o que permite uma locomoção rápida pelo metrô de Londres. O Hotel é novo, tem ferro no quarto, TV de 42", só que a oferta do pacote de entrentenimento de TV por vinte quatro horas não vale muito a pena por ser limitada. O Bar no terreo tem uma boa oferta de bebidas, os […] atendentes são muito simpáticos, o restaurante do segundo andar não tem muitas opções e é caro, mas tem um excelente atendimento. Quando você faz o check in recebe um cartão para ter acesso ao seu quarto durante toda a estadia, não precisa deixa-lo no guichê, podendo carregá-lo consigo durante o período em que ficar hospedado, muito prático. Não tem nada nos arredores, só o centro de conveções Excel que na maior parte do tempo fica sem movimentação, mas é muito prático pegar o DLR direto para o centro de Londres. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
