Thank goodness for our GPS system, or we never would have found this hotel. We reserved two rooms for a Sunday night stay. Please note: The hotel is 10-15 minutes from I-49. This was hotly debated in our car. "Have we passed it?" "Is the GPS wrong?" "Where is this place?!" Also, it's located behind Chili's (and we passed it twice without realizing it was tucked back off the road). The hotel itself was clean and relatively nice. […] Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (definitely a big plus!). However, I had a lengthy list of problems (I told the clerk at check-out about most): 1. Bathroom floor was sticky. Yes, sticky!! eww; 2. Shower curtain in bathroom was too short and water got everywhere; 3. Rooms aren't actually suites (with dividing door between bedroom and sitting room). There is a half wall between the sitting room and the bedroom ... and only one TV. They're just over-sized regular rooms... not suites; 4. Hair dryer didn't work in one of our two rooms; 5. There was make-up (I hope it was make-up) on one of the "fresh" towels (which were scratchy... again, not pleasant). Good bits: Quiet environment, staff was extremely cordial, rooms were clean (except the one towel), and breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold items available. While we won't be staying there again as a family, I would not rule it out on a solo stay, if we were in a bind, but it wouldn't be my first choice. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel was excellent and a real find. It is not on the main road. When our navigation system said we had arrived we were in front of a car wash. A nice clean and comfortable hotel the hot breakfast was great eggs, bacon , waffles ,really good. our room was by elevator so a little noisey in morning.

As of 2012, this is a brand new Comfort Suite Inn, with very comfortable suites. It is quiet and in a good location for university activities or the airport.

Found hairs in the bed, requested clean sheets. As i was changing those sheets I found even more hairs in those sheets!!. I requested more clean sheets. And yes even more hair. 3 sets of sheets all full of hair. YUK!!!!

I have never stayed at a Comfort Suites before but thought I would give it a try. This is a newer one in Lafayette in a good part of town. It was early evening when I checked in and Valerie the front desk clerk was utterly amazing! I've been in customer service for many years and she was spot on! Friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. This is what […] I look for and I was very pleased. The hotel looked great upon walking in and I went up to my room which had a nice layout. I like having a couch/love seat in my room. Upon more thorough investigation though I noticed that the carpets hadn't been vacuumed hmmm and upon even further investigation I noticed that the tub wasn't spic and span. I had already began getting settled in when I noticed this. I called Valerie and she was very prompt in apologizing and offered to change my room immediately, but I declined. It didn't stink or anything and the bed looked alright and was quite comfy. She said that housekeeping was gone for the day but she would let them and her manager know about it. I was pretty tired and just wanted to get some supper and go to bed. I had never been to Lafayette before and went by the front desk to ask Valerie about a good local place to go. She was on it, naming off different places but a place called Walk Ons sounded good. She went so far as to call them and find out how late they stayed open for me then she wrote down the directions how to get there. She reminded me of how I take care of customers so she is racking up points with me big time and all with a genuine helpful attitude and winning smile. It was a great choice as well. The next morning I stopped by the desk to check out and asked to see the manager. She was very nice and I told her that I had some pros and cons about staying there. I told her about the room and I told her about Valerie, ok I raved about Valerie lol. She told me that Valerie was new! How about that? Love love love this hotel! Very clean, great breakfast, soft beds, nice pool, fantastic patios (w/BBQ pits). Would definitely stay here again!

For the price this hotel was very good for our needs. We did not try the pool. The exercise room was adequate.

Check in was very easy and the people working the desk were very polite. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend the Comfort Suites in Lafayette to anyone.

This hotel was so clean and sleek, we were a bit stunned. For the price, this is a MUST if you plan on staying in Lafayette. Close to the Blue Dog Cafe and Old Tyme Grocery (2 good eats), we would definitely come back! Excellent customer service (thanks Tim) who sent us to Cafe Des Amis for a truly wonderful breakfast and good time. Loved the hotel. It is convenient to ULL, which is why I was visiting. Also there are many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The beds are very comfortable and complementary breakfast was very satisfactory! I will definitely return.

We found the hotel a bit aukward to locate at night ,but we are somewhat familiar with area so it was'nt a problem. The place was very well kept and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. I would very much recommed it to anyone.

Très bon accueil, chambre un peu sombre (côté Piscine, attention toute petite, au milieu de l,hôtel direçtementsous les chambre), bonne literie, très bonne pression de douche (rare), petit déjeuner simple mais copieux .je recommande cet hotel
