First time I have ever had someone call me after we checked in to see if all was good. It was & I was very pleased with the service.

The room was nice except for the price I could not believe they did not have a small refrigerator in the room. Then the sign that said "Ice and vending" only had an ice machine and not vending for a cold drink, so I went down to the front desk and you had to buy everything out of their little "store". Can't believe how quiet it was and so comfortable.Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will stay there again and will recommend it.
"Comfortable and Convenient"
This hotel is conveniently located across from the hospital so it makes a great place to stay if you are visiting patients. The only inconvenience was that the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The kitchen downstairs more than made up for that though. But if you are travelling with a baby and need a refrigerator for milk than you will […] have to make due with the ice bucket. The free breakfast is excellent. When we first arrived the room we were assigned wasn't cleaned yet. So the manager quickly remedied that by providing a free upgrade and putting us in a suite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
