Hotel Piran - Piran

We enjoyed our stay at hotel piran because of the accommodating staff (very kind and friendly ad spoke multiple languages, including English), the clean room and the huge breakfast spread which was included in the room fee. It is definitely worth the extra charge for the sea side view room. Price may be a little higher then necessary though.

If you are looking for a beautiful hotel to stay in this is not it. But if you want a spot right on the water and within walking distance of everything in the city this will do. Just don't expect something nice when you get in your room.

Hotel was right on the beach (if you consider concrete piers and slabs a beach). Good location right in center of town. You had to park outside the center city at the garage and pay a daily fee, with free shuttle bus into town, about five minute ride. No towels provided for the beach. We were told to "buy" one.

After a driving tour through western Slovenia which was super fun, we went to relax in Piran for a few days before return trip. Hotel is in great location, right on the water and had great access to nice swimming (not a sandy beach, though). Water view room was very nice; AC could have been a bit stronger but we were comfortable. Hotel does not provide […] towels for beach and we rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for 9 euro but on other days, we just used open ones late in the day for free. We had 2 rooms booked at the Hotel Piran in August 2011. Hotel is very charming and location couldn't be better. Right in front of you is the Adriatic Sea - no beach - you can rent loungers and a sun umbrella though. Water was clean and quite warm, just after a heat spell. So many restaurants to pick from within walking distance. The main square is […] just around the corner with lovely shops, but don't miss going through all the small streets where there are so many artists selling their wares. Hotel staff was very accomodating, spoke English very well and were ready to help right away. We didn't eat in the restaurant but did look at the food as we walked by and it did look great. Make sure you eat the seafood in Piran - wonderful! Paying extra for the seaview was definitely worth it. Great way to wake up - open your balcony doors and look at the water, with Croatia visible across the water. There was a loud band playing next door, but with the doors closed, wasn't so bad and they didn't play too long into the night. You will not be sorry if you stay at the Hotel Piran. Whole experience was calm, peaceful and very charming. This is not the place for a vibrant nightlife - then you must go to a neighbouring town. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

my only criticism was there was no free wireless internet service. I would have expected it with a hotel of this quality. Perfect location and helpful receptionist.

I'd recomend paying the extra to get a sea view room, it's well worth the money. Perfect location in the heart of a beautiful town and the hotel itself is very nice. The only word of caution I would add is if you're a light sleeper I might look elsewhere. The hotel is VERY noisy - for some reason when ever anyone closes a door it makes the room shake, […] and they start hoovering early in the morning which is also annoying through thin walls. This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. You walk out of the door and you are on the water. There is no beach in thsi lovely town but swimming is good in the clear clean Adriatic

The hotel is situated right on the "beach", the concrete walkway along the sea. I got a seaside room with a nice little balcony over the water. Beautiful! Darkblue carpets (broadlooms) and brown hallways makes the hotel feel old and unmodern. There was WIFI in the rooms but it costed extra. Breakfast was ok but not special. The hotel location is so good; near from the aquare and just stand by the sea. (although the music Saturday night at summer lasted 1am); Hotel is old, but beautifully renovated, seaview with balcony is indeed superb. Hotel facility and amenity are good, too. Staff members are so friendly and helpful. felt at home and also enjoyed a lot. Thank you,

Hotel Piran hat eine hervorragende Lage, aber vielleicht verläßt sich das Hotel zu sehr auf diese Tatsache. Der Preis für WLAN war zu hoch in Vergleich zu anderen Hotelen. Zu den Hotelkosten müssen noch die Parkosten bedacht werden (in der Garage 15 EUR pro Tag). Der Früstücksraum ist zu klein. Wir hatten an einem Tags zunächst keinen Tisch; der Buffettisch […] ist für die vielen Gäste zu klein, es gab en großes Gedränge. An zwei Abenden gab es bis zur später Stunde sehr laute Musik in dem benachbarten Lokal. Es war unmöglich bei offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Muy bien situado en el casco antiguo de Piran, pero un poco antiguo. Necesitaria alguna actualizacion.

The Hotel is a well placed for visiting Piran. You can go swimming outside the hotel, and some of the rooms have sea view. We had a room to the seaside with a balcony. The balcony however was so small, that it was difficult for two persons to sit there. Even though we had booked a room with a balcony for 2 persons, there was only 1 chair on the balcony. […] Only on request the hotel service put another chair on the balcony. The safe in our room was out of order and the hotel service took no steps to have it repaired while we were there. Parking is outside the town center, where the hotel is, so you have to use a shuttle bus or walk 15 minutes to a public garage.Tthis was a surprise to us and not convenient. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Lyst og luftig rom med flott utsikt. Stor og variert frokost frokostbuffet. Serviceinnsstilte og smilende ansatte.

Enkelt hotell med bra läge och acceptabel standard. Flerspråkig personal. Observera att man ej kan åka bil ända fram utan tillstånd eller parkera utanför stadskärnan och bli hämtad med buss.

Hotelli on kätevässä paikassa. Kivenheiton päässä ovat uimapaikka, rantaravintolat sekä Piranin kaupungin keskusaukio. Huoneemme oli meren puolelle. Merinäköalainen huone maksoi enemmän kuin kadunpuoleinen, mutta mielestämme se kannatti, sillä näköala ja tunnelma huoneen pienellä parvekkeella ja sen alapuolelta lähtevällä rantabulevardilla oli hieno. […] Kylpyhuone oli tilava. Huone pysyi viileänä kuumalla ilmalla ilmastoinnin ansiosta. Ainoa miinus oli, että ilmastointilaite piti melko kovaa hurinaa, joten korvatulpat kannattaa herkkäunisen varata mukaan. Recommending the rooms with balconies overlooking to the sea. Good quality breakfast. Bathroom would need modernization, but it was clean and everything functioning ok. Parking is not allowed for tourists in the town - cars need to be left outside the town, not far away though.
